As a company we have been using SDH for many years, I personally have had the pleasure the last 5. SDH have a wide range of quality items in stock and are always upfront if anything isn't. The gang is always friendly and extremely helpful with a vast range of expertise and knowledge, and are always up for the challenge of any weird curveballs we lob their way.
SDH is always the reliable option and look forward to the many more years to come

This was an awful experience from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
I ordered urgent security hardware for my front door after a break-in, which the company was fully aware of. I was repeatedly promised a delivery, yet the items never arrived. And are still outstanding even if I was supposed to get them a week ago. I then received contradictory and misleading information, including being told that the delivery failed because they “didn’t have my house number” — despite the fact that they had already emailed me confirming my full and correct address, including the house number. they also said a courier was out for delivery yesterday - there was no record of them ever coming to my house at all. They simply lied.

Communication throughout was extremely poor. They , failed to keep me informed, and repeatedly made delivery promises that were not honoured. When I calmly called to ask whether the delivery would actually take place that day, I was shouted at, spoken to aggressively, and then had the phone put down on me. I remained calm and polite throughout, so this treatment was completely unacceptable.

Only part of the order ever arrived, and I am still waiting for my reimbursement for the missing items. The entire experience caused significant stress, especially given the urgency and the fact that I had already suffered a break-in while waiting for this delayed delivery.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.

They had the door threshold seals I was looking for at a good price, they were dispatched the same day and delivered the next day. They were exactly what I needed.

Even though the delivery terms on the site are saying that there is free delivery over £50 that's not the case. Only one delivery option at checkout and very expensive for some reason as if they would be delivered from another country.

Seems I had much the same experience as the earlier reviewer.
Filled in their form on the basis of which the website assured me I would get the right product. However an omission in their form means I got the wrong product. They refused to take any responsibility for their clear error and I am left out of pocket.
Never use these people, they have no integrity.

Avoid at all cost!

I made an order through this company and received the wrong product.

They kept claiming it is the right one and argued that they will not refund the shipping cost, they will not provide a prepaid label, and that they will only pay the product charge which is less than the shipping itself!!!

They refused to acknowledge that they sent the wrong product saying "we could not afford losses even if they were under 10 GBP"..

Disgraceful, look for a decent honest company!
