I had a shower leak with water coming through the kitchen ceiling.
I called SD and got an early appointment Lee came, found the leak and sorted it in short order .
Altogether excellent service will use again

After getting my bathroom totally installed decided to get my kitchen and flooring fitted by SD plumbing in hall and living room absolutely delighted with result Craig was super professional polite and friendly can’t state how beautiful the place is definitely recommend 100 percent will be getting guys in to do all my internal doors also !

Jake came to service my boiler and check my radiators today and I was very impressed by his excellent service. Jake is professional and very knowledgeable about everything, as well as being friendly and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I was grateful for his expertise and advice concerning other work that is required. I would not hesitate to recommend Jake and SD Plumbing and Heating - I have used them in the past and I will certainly be using them in the future.

Our first time using SD plumbing and they were excellent. Unlike other companies they respond back to you immediately and give you options of appointment times. Which in our case was 2 days later. The plumber was on time and was quick to diagnose and fix our issue. Very happy with the price too. Highly recommend!

I needed a boiler service for a new flat and chose SD Plumbing and Heating due to their good reviews and testimonials online.

The entire experience with them was good — the enquiry process was quick and efficient, and I got an appointment a couple days later at a time I chose.

Jake arrived bang on time and quickly got to work. He explained the couple of issues he found, did what he could there to mitigate/improve one and what would be involved to fix the other. Overall very clear advice and clearly not trying to upsell unnecessary work, even when I misinterpreted him and asked about it.

I'll definitely be using again!

Really great service. Turned up promptly (after keeping in touch by text so we knew he was on his way), identified and fixed the problem very quickly and skilfully and put everything back together perfectly when finished. A big relief to have the problem fixed.

We used SD Plumbing for the first time, this week.
They were straightforward to deal with over the phone, offering a quick appointment slot.

All confirmed by email and Douglas attended 20 minutes early, on the day.
Both issues in the bathroom (flush and sink drain) were efficiently dealt with in under half an hour.

We would recommend SD and will use them again when we upgrade our kitchen.

The price was affordable and transparent from the start, I couldn’t recommend them enough! As a new homeowner, this is the first time I’ve used SD. I was given an estimate of 2 hours for diagnosis/repair for a radiator leak, boiler repair+service, and a clogged shower. Lee got it all done within 45 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He automatically took time to describe the problem, how it’s fixed, and what I can do to stop it happening again. He was also happy to answer my (many) questions. Well worth the money.

I have used them multiple times and the service only gets better !! Very honest team who are really passionate about what they do. Brilliant work as always!!

Not easy to find a plumber for smaller jobs so I was really happy to find these guys. Joe was friendly and professional, arrived 5 minutes early and fitted a new shower quickly and with no fuss or mess. Would recommend 😊

Douglas arrived to undertake the work & did a really excellent job. He took the time to do the job properly, took no shortcuts & made sure that the system had no airlocks before departing (the system had to be drained down).
