GNP energy has automatically set a 36 months binding contract without informing me. I received a call from a salesman and promised me the cheapest electricity and explained there is NO BINDING. I signed the agreement on phone, according to his explanation.
Do not TRUST their explanation on phone. they easily CHEAT people.
Now, they say I have gone to their webpage and selected 36 months binding. I do not remember that I have even checked their webpage, after I found I have been set to have 36 months binding.
1-BE CAREFUL ABOUT SALESMAN THAT CALL YOU AND GIVE YOU PROMISSES.
2-IGNORE SALESMAN IN PLACES LIKE MEDIA MARKET, ELGIGANTEN, ...

transferred to GNP after Stockholms elbelog cancelled my fastpris and raised cost from 24öre/kWh to 156öre/kWh, During change over we switched everything we could off to minimise usage as both my wife and i having lost our jobs could not afford SE's rip off prices. On 2021/11/10 i contacted GNP for confirmation of the transfer date as i could not access any information on their site, They sent 2 emails and a text message stating that they had STARTED supplying us on 2021/11/08 that it was safe to turn our stuff back on and we could access our page when our first faktura was issued as that had the customer number we needed. We have just recieved our November faktura from Stockholms Elbelog at 177öre/kWh. GNP lied, they did not take over until 2021/11/23. They now refuse to answer emails, and my page on their website contains NO information whatsoever about my account or agreement with them, Just some basic info about me, and the faktura.
UPDATE, Quit these con artists after i realised that when prices are high they "estimate" the bill at 50%-60% higher than the meter reading which they deny having Even though the amount for the second half of the month is obviously taken from the meter. If they repay it they refund the units used, NOT the price, so they can pocket the difference. By law they are required to do so within 2 months. THEY DO NOT, i changed to a new supplier after 3 months and they had not refunded the diference, NOT only that but a month after my supplier had changed they have just tried to bill me for another "estimated" usage that is 50% higher than the reading and my ACTUAL supplier charge.

When I moved to a new home, I got a call from GNP trying to sign me up--and using an extremely manipulative, misleading sales pitch. Fortunately I checked with a neighbour, and didn't fall for it.
I think it's really disgusting that they would do this. Look elsewhere for an electricity provider with integrity.

I am so happy with this company. I have negotiated a better deal and now have cheaper electricity, thanks to Betina, and especially Julie. They have been so kind and helpful. This
company knows how to treat their customers. Highly recommended.

I have recently signed up a contract with GNP energy which i came to know when i was comparing the elpris on the web. It was pretty straight forward, i applied with the id from the el meter.
I took a fixed contract for one year with GNP energy fpr purchase and also spot pris for selling solar energy. Customer service was friendly and patient to expalin me how it works. The experince was as simillar as i had with EON my old supplier with whom i was for the last 3 years.
