Broken oven glass
I called and talked to Gabriella from the Swedish customer support. Very helpful, guided me through and I got the help I needed. The problem was that the inside glass of our oven crashed to bits when we first operated the appliance.
A new glass is on the way and we'll see how this will go. I hope it comes quickly and that it's easy to put together on my own.
I can say that I'm happy with the customer service so far.
Locking mechanism
Got the help I needed quikly from Gabriela. It was a strange reset of the locking mechanism on our three year old dishwasher. Otherwise it wasn't possible to close the dishwasher door. I'm not happy with the machine but service help was perfect.

We has a water draining issue, I phoned the support line and the lady was fantastic, he tone and understanding was great as didn’t I any way lay blame with me like other support companies have done she was only interested in helping me and fixing the issue. The digital feature so I could show her my machine was a big plus but mainly her attitude and service minded process made the experience great many thanks to her for her help and service minded process, really good support person and we managed to fix the issue!!!

Had a led light go bad in our Gorenje…
Had a led light go bad in our Gorenje Fridge. Mailed the service and in a matter of days we got contacted by Ivan who without any fuss mailed a new led light to us.

Great customer service
Had a glass shelf break not long after receiving a fridge from Hisense. Gabriela and Ivan from Gorenje customer service gave me a fast response when contacted and provided me with information and will be sending me a new shelf.

Waiting to get the washer fixed for 3 weeks.
This is a review for Gorenje in Slovenia, since they don't have a Slovenian account on Trust Pilot I am writing this in hopes of someone wanting to buy from a Slovenian Gorenje and maybe thinking twice about it since the service is an abomination.
We bought our washer machine a year ago and 3 weeks ago it stopped working. We filled out a form online and waited. 10 days later we called again and they said that it will be any day now that the repairman will call us. We are STILL waiting. Today we contacted customer support, where they told us (in a very rude tone), that the repairman had already ordered the parts that need to be changed. How exactly can he know what to change if he never spoke to us or came to actually see the washer? And if the parts are actually wrong, then we will wait another month? How can a big company like Gorenje afford to treat their customers in such way? They tell you to wait and be quiet, because there is not enough repairmen for the whole large city of Ljubljana. This is a joke.
If this is how they do business, then I don't want any part in it in the future.

New freezer power consumption 1/3 more than stated
Bought a new freezer combination. Consumption according to Gorenje 244kWh per year, actual consumption approx. 380kWh per year at the lowest setting, i.e. refrigerator at 8c and freezer at -16c. Checked by Gorenje customer service, according to Gorenje everything ok, such deviations are apparently normal. Not recommended, power consumption figures unrealistic
