Trækker alt i langdrag

Bestilte en vare fra siden, som var lovet leveret 6-10 efter betaling fra Tyskland.
Dette skete ikke, da jeg så kontaktede deres så kaldte customer service, fik jeg i første omgang så mange standard skrevet svar, at jeg troede det var en AI not. Da jeg havde brugt ca 3timer om dagen på denne chat (har 76 screenshots af samtalen) i 4 dage, endte jeg endelig op med "medarbejder "nummer 12, som ligepludselig kunne svare, som både var passiv-aggrasiv og sågar kaldte mig" A fool" men som trods alt refunderede mig, men det ville tage yderligere 15 bank dage før jeg ser mine penge igen. Det er dårlig stil. Sælger havde kun oprettet ordren ved DHL digitalt, altså varen var slet ikke pakket eller afhentet da der var gået 10 dage!
