Sea & Z Grief Group has changed my life

I have been in a Sea & Z grief group for a couple of years, and it is an extremely important and beneficial part of my life. It has giving me the opportunity to work on recovery from grief arising from the loss of my first spouse and anticipatory grief due to my current wife’s illness. It is a completely supportive non judgemental groul of people working on a variety of grief issues in a safe and beautifully nurturing place led by a very competent and compassionate leader. It has helped me immensely. I no longer feel alone in my grief and I now have a variety of tools that are helping me go through the pain and find places of joy and connection.
