I am a regular DIY'r and home mechanic and I like to buy tools from trusted brands that provide good value and good quality and Sealey is my go to brand as the pricing and quality is just right without having to spend a fortune.

Bought a 3 Ton Jack very good quality. A brand I trust.

I bought LED 315, 3 of them. There is no description of boost power when you turn on this work light. Long story short, when I find a perfect spot, put this work light under the bonnet (I am a car mechanic), and turn it on, after 1-minute illumination drops by 50% which significantly reduces your observation, and consequently, I need to find a different spot so that I can see normally. It is extremely annoying to wait 1 minute so that a "boost regime" turns off and for you to be able to put the work light in a proper position. This feature is not in a description but it should be cause it makes a huge difference when used. If I had known about this, I would never bought these 3 lights and would have chosen something else. Note: initially I thought that all 3 of them had some kind of malfunction until your customer support told me that this is one of the features that is not in the description. Cheers

I bought a sealey torque wrench in september 2023 from the amazon site. it remained boxed and unused until july 2024 when I discovered a fault with the gauge selection mechanism. sealey acted very quickly to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. it has been the best after sales service I have received. sealey clearly place the quality of their goods and services foremost in their business practice. I strongly recommend Sealey to anyone seeking to buy tools from a trusted and reputable supplier.

The product was well packaged and arrived very quickly the polisher and accessories all feel well made and robust also the storage bag was far more substantial than I thought it would be well made all in all a quality product.

Good quality tools at an affordable price. I've only had to warranty one item, and it was a quick email with picture and explanation of the issue and they sent the replacement out quickly. Very pleased.

Always brought karcher. Though they don't seem to be lasting to long so thought I'd try a Sealey one. So far very happy with it it's well built. And works very well

I have a problem with my MAC04D digital tyre inflator. It's not a cheap and cheerful bit of kit at all, and has already needed to be replaced under warranty as when new, it failed to work at all. The new replacement unit was used immediately and worked fine, then stowed in the vehicle for peace of mind. Ive now come to use it a second time and the digital display has failed, so I cannot see the pressure setting. It's literally NEW, and irrespective of age, it should most certainly work and I should not have to replace it after just one use. Any inspection will confirm that it is in perfect as new condition but Sealey refuse to deal with this customers complaint. NOT GOOD ENOUGH SEALEY!! Any product should provide a decent and acceptable service life, this unit clearly HAS NOT, and they won't even open a customer concern issue or complaint. YOU CANNOT SIMPLY HIDE BEHIND A 12 MONTH WARRANTY ESCAPE CLAUSE SEALEY, any product should meet a reasonable useful life expectancy.

First time I have purchased a digital torque wrench, purchased many Sealey items in the past, that's why I chose them, for quality and price. Used the other day, and what a difference from a standard wrench, no more winding for setting and unsetting the torque.

I've bought quite a lot of Sealey products over the years, I've also bought big brand name tools and the Sealey stuff not only matches but actually outlasts the more expensive brand names. The customer service is the best I've experienced although I've only had to contact them once for a brake bleeder I bought. All they asked was for my proof of purchase and a new one had arrived 2 days later. I'll be buying more Sealey products rather than going for more expensive names.

Vs0211 brake wind back tool is a brilliant design but unfortunately only made of plastic when metal would have been more suitable

I ordered a fire pit via B&Q online (supplied by Jack Sealey Ltd) which arrived damaged. After raising a return request, and waiting several days for a response, I was told that the item could not be replaced and they would have to issue me a full refund, which I was told to expect within 1-2 working days. As of now, it has now been 5 working days and my refund has still not appeared.

Moreover, I was informed that I had to dispose of the defective item myself, which is very inconvenient.

Overall, a very poor service and I'll try to avoid ordering anything from this company in the future.

Fast delivery of both the trolley jack and cross bar, albeit in two deliveries.
Cross bar did require some use of the grinder to get a fit into the trolley jack saddle as it was 0.5mm too large on the diameter.
Good solid tools.

I have loads of Sealey gear - Toolchests, Premier Tools and a Deagreaser Cabinet. Never had a problem with any of it. Latest addition is a SMS2008 drill bit sharpener. Again, it just works. In my experience, you just can't go wrong.

Really good price with OCL direct, fast delivery from Sealey. Great all round😁.

Awful would never purchase from these again.
