I’d like to express my sincere thanks to John for the way he handled my recent complaint about a part I purchased from Tooled Up, that arrived with a fault, sadly I had been going around in circles with Tooled Up and I was bitterly regretting buying the product from Tooled Up!!
I emailed John for advice and within an hour my problem was sorted and resolved!!

From the very beginning, he was courteous, patient, and genuinely attentive to my concerns.
He took the time to listen properly, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process, which really put my mind at ease.

John’s professionalism was matched by his friendly and approachable manner, which made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
He went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted quickly and fairly, showing a level of care and dedication that is all too rare these days.

Not only is he a true professional, but he also has a warm and reassuring way of communicating that makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer.
His efficiency, knowledge, and positivity really stood out, and it’s clear he takes great pride in doing his job well.

Sealey are very lucky to have John – he’s an absolute credit to the team, and his outstanding service reflects wonderfully on the company.

Very helpful customer support member when I spoke on the telephone and very prompt delivery.

I often try out cheap tools to see if they can work and this sometimes goes wrong, sometimes badly wrong. In general, I avoid brands due to the premium they charge to cover costs unrelated to production (e.g. marketing). However, Sealey is my go-to brand when I need more confidence in what I'm buying. I have axle stands, a trolley jack, socket set and torque wrench for the car and recently some fine-thread taps after a cheap M3 tap broke on me and proved impossible to extract. Never been disappointed by the quality and the price is competitive for good quality stuff.

Brought the 3x6 dellondo pop up gazebo avoid at all cost flimsy metal states heavy duty its not no confirmation of delivery came home one day to find it lent up my front door box all damaged and open to then pop it up to find 2 of the side support bars are completely snapped and loads of tiny holes in the roof will not be buying anymore of there products absolutely terrible

Sealey tools provide the very best in quality and availability. From entry level hand tools to professional level equipment not mention consumables. Incredible service and support and all levels of warranty to lifetime and replacements. Why would you pay ridiculous sums of hard earned cash on brands that give you no more or in instances less than you deserve. Shop Sealey every time. Date of my experience with Sealey tools is since 1989 to present day.

Sealey RE1200. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is that I got a reply. However it was not helpful. I have had this unit for about 2 years. Used it about 6 months back when I had a battery issue with my car and about three months ago on my neighbours car and it worked well. Went to recharge it as recommended and it would not charge,totally dead. Tried all the suggestions like different charger and lead to no avail. Wrote to Sealey and got the response below. I would expect more from a leading brand especially as from what I recall this was not a cheap item. I have Parkside brand cordless tools that are a lot older and still perform better(working). Not a happy customer now going to avoid the Sealey brand.

Sorry to hear your having problems. I don't have any advice to fix the unit with the problem you're describing I'm afraid. Warranty is 1 year.

Having bought several Sealey brand items, I've found them to be of excellent quality. Everything delivered with minimum fuss and on time. Highly recommended.

As well as owning our own chain of gyms we also kit out and build a lot of gym equipment for other gyms. So we use a lot of socket and Allen keys.
The quality of their equipment is excellent. You can really notice the quality when using it. And the fact they are not only numbered in size but colour coded makes is so much quicker when having to switch attachments. It’s little attention to details like this that set Sealey apart.

I also had to contact their customer service as I lost one of the pieces in my set and they replied within a day and had the replacement out to me by the following day. Both their tools and their customer service are beyond outstanding.

Now I’ve used their Allen Sey Set, Premier socket set and ratchet handles I would be reluctant to use any other brand now.

Even the rest of my team have commented on them and keep asking to use them as they prefer them. Really calls recommend highly enough.

Sealey has always had a good reputation for quality products and this doesn't disappoint. The ramp extension fitted well and locked in safely. Happily took the car loading made job go a lot simpler. Good finish on the paint protection looks like it might hold the rust at bay

Sadly the " Lifetime warranty " is only any good for the one person that buys items and the invoice is kept for the lifetime and it is in the purchasers name . If resold there is no warranty going with the tool as it is then void . Far Far removed from Snap On warranty and only worth the paper it is written on if the paper ( invoice ) is kept . I will make sure to buy elsewhere when a worth while warranty is needed

BATTERY CHARGE UNIT/CONSTANT VOLTAGE SUPPLIED VIA THIRD PARTY. TWO UNITS ARE WORKING WELL. ONLY HAD A MONTH OR SO.
TIME WILL TELL OF COURSE BUT SEALEY PRODUCTS WORK WELL.

I am now the proud owner of a number of Sealey tools and will keep gong back because of the quality and fair prices

Great set of tools

I wanted a lightweight, easy to carry trolly jack to lift my Caterham Seven. This fits the bill perfectly.

The operation of the jack is swift, it lifts to a reasonable height for wheel changes and I can carry it about easily due to its light weight.
