Had my and the family's NiN done at the Reading Office. The rep was on time, and attended to us courteously. The thumb-printing machine was a bit touchy but worked in the end.

It was a smooth and quick experience, very good customer service. Highly recommended

My experience was quite pleasant; I booked an appointment and arrived on time. I asked for an indication of how long it will take to complete; myself and my wife were attended to on time and we left within the stipulated duration. We later received our NINs a few hours later so altogether a seamless experience from Seamfix.

I agree with other reviewers about the poor service of this company. I had a remarkable rude experience at their Birmingham branch. We received a confirmed appointment for Saturday afternoon to get the nin for my children. We called the number we were asked to call once at the building. No one showed up. I waited at the door outside at the building for more than one hour in the cold with two children, yet no one showed up to get us into the building. Left several voice message, no response. I left with my children in annoyance having paid money to transport the kids and I to the place. Honestly cannot believe such a service is acceptable in the UK.

They have a good approach to customer service. The problem or challenge they face is with the organisations they have as customers which they provide services to as a supplier. Some of their key customers have poor out of date systems and are not willing to upgrade or modernize them.

This business is a scam. They lie, and they have zeo customer service experience. They are set up to defraud people. I booked an appointment for a NIN modification, they charged me 15GBP upfront which i paid upfront. Few hours before my appointment, i got a call from them saying they just received a mail from Abuja that the NIN server is down until further notice.
I later found out this was a big lie. I went to a different service and did my NIN modification same day.
Since this incident i have sent email and i have called them severally for a refund and they have refused to process my refund. All of a sudden the staff members are not responsible for a refund, the finance team are based abroad and it will take forever for them to see my mail and process my refund. This business is dubious!

Absolute scammers! I went to do my NIN 2 months ago, paid £40 and still no NIN and they began avoiding my calls and not responding to my emails. I wish I did research before paying these foolish people. Do not go here

This Guys are scammers. They took my money asked me to pay extra £40 to a private personal account and yet no NIN. Nigeria need to do better.

NIN centre in Birmingham is Scam. They took my money and claim they ask for BVN which I already told the guy I forgot as I have left Nigeria a long time.
Customer service very horrible he couldn't even tell me his name. He was laughing and I could hear someone laughing at the background laughing. He said I can not him anything.
