Gutterwerks made serious design errors during the gutter installation at my beach house, causing the water to gush over the gutters in several places. I want them to fix this under warranty, but it's been a very frustrating process to put it mildly. They never answer the phone and were a no-show three times. When they finally showed up on the 4th time, they were visibly in a hurry and did a sloppy half-job, only fixing one side of the house, but not the other, even though I told them at the time. I am too busy to keep chasing after a sloppy contractor like this. I want this fixed and off my list. They need to stand behind their work, or quit.
