I feel like I was ripped off One More Time by a Chinese company. I ordered the golden pumpkin which is a 3D centerpiece. What I got was a piece of quilted material that was bound around the outside and looks more like a table mat. It was hardly worth the $40 I paid for it. See the attached pictures

I purchased quilted placemats. What I received was not at all what was advertised-the placemat was not as pictured in quilting (it was flat) or pattern or size (a dinner plate would not fit on this placemat).
Their return policy states nothing can be returned unless it is broken, etc., not that the customer is dissatisfied with the poor quality of the product.
No one should ever buy from this company. They falsely advertise & certainly do not stand behind the products the market & sell.

Ordered a Christmas tree skirt. The item arrived and it did not look like the web-site picture of the tree skirt. Sent my request to their support indicating I wanted to start the return process and I was told they only accept returns for the following:
As stated in our return policy, we only offer refunds for defective, broken, or wrong items received. Your case does not fall under these categories.

So if you don’t like the product you are screwed. Reputable companies allow return for customer dissatisfaction. This item was purchased from Seamnest through Shop. Do not buy from this company.
