Customer service is excellent.

Customer service is excellent.
My partner and I have been taking the sea moss gel daily, for a while now and we can’t believe the difference in our energy levels. We wouldn’t be without it now, stopped taking it for a few days as we ran out and energy levels dropped so we make sure we never run out. We would highly recommend buying from the moss way.

So first of all I was abit disappointed after being recommended here by friends with a postal issue but you guys where quick to respond and got a new order out to me and it arrived quick and packed tidy will be back soon as I've run out 🙂

Made a delivery was lost in the post/ stolen I messaged seamoss on Instagram and told him what happened 2 days later he has sent me another jar.

Very good customer service and high quality product.

Unfortunately I never received my order. I'm fairly certain my review would have been positive had my order arrived. The courier was confusing and overall, not the best experience.

I ordered 1kg of sea moss and received…

I ordered 1kg of sea moss and received FAKE moss that smells of plastic and does not expand when washed or after sitting. I also paid a hefty amount for shipping to the USA and was still charged for shipping to only receive a fake product. I can’t sell nor will I ingest this junk myself. I would submit a picture if I could. I am disgusted at this company and want a refund and would be happy to send the FAKE sea moss back. Unbelievable!!
