Please don’t use this company for your business!!
I honestly regret ever using search and more for a website and what they call ongoing SEO management, and throw in social media which they did for 1 month not efficiently.
12 months of overpriced ‘help’ they call it, we received bills of around £1300 per month for their services, which weren’t even allocated time for weeks.
The owner Jason Walker logging into our dashboard using our credentials causing a critical error to our website, not only breaching GDPR they have refused to pass over our domain because they can’t explain what they’ve actually been doing apart from ‘SEO management and website updates’ which was only updated on their server so we were unable to access this for a website we apparently own due to paying for it.
Our website was that ‘outdated’ it’s taken up time to sort this issue out! After paying back linking invoices and their personal invoices for 12 months totalling to nearly £15,000 we are left without our domain and had to pay to have our website updated separately because it was never done by them on the system!!
Stay well clear, running a business is stressful enough without having entitled people like these lot thinking they have power over you and your company!
