On the southwest coast of England, almost completely surrounded by sea, our home in Cornwall is famous for its windswept cliffs, sandy beaches and rolling hills.
It's where we were founded in 1981, with a little family shop selling workwear and waterproof coats to fishermen and sailors, as well as local artists who chose practical aprons and hard-wearing smocks for long days in the studio.
From the very beginning, we've been passionate about crafting clothing that will be loved and worn for seasons to come, and we're proud of our considered approach. We focus on quality and longevity, using fabrics with organic, recycled and responsibly sourced fibres that are better for people and the environment.
Today, the story of Cornwall's wild landscape and artistic community is still woven through every garment. Each collection is carefully curated to inspire creative, confident dressing, with a range of timeless shapes, rich coastal colours and sizes to fit UK 6 - 28 as well as Petite and Tall.
We hope the clothes we have created will become part of the rhythm of your life and bring joy and beauty to your every day.

I’ve got several of these dresses in different colours and just love the style. Classic, simple and so comfortable especially in this hot weather. Great quality as you expect from Seasalt. Washes well, hasn’t stretched and the colour hasn’t faded on my first one from several years ago!

A lovely choice of loose fitting tops…
A lovely choice of loose fitting tops to suit extreme temperatures . I bought a size up to gain the loose fit and the tops still looked tailored . Ordered for delivery to the local shop and was kept informed of the journey and arrival of my parcel . I was given the option to try the tops on if I wished to do so .
The tops have looked lovely in spite of the heat .

Ordering on line makes life so easy
I ordered online. My order arrived on time, it was sensibly packaged and in good condition. I chose to order online as my size is not always in stock. I was able to choose the garments I wished to keep and return the rest to my local branch. Naturally the garments were of excellent quality. With Seasalt they always are.

I have changed to Seasalt
I have changed to Seasalt over the last few years and am delighted with all my purchases. I decided to try one if your slightly cheaper dresses and am delighted agaun with my choice. The lighter cotton is perfect for this heatwave. I do not actually need any more dresses but I am greatly tempted to have a look at whatever you do in the same range. As usual I was well informed if the delivery process and my dress arrived bang on time. I was a little unsure at first as when I took it from the bag it looked pretty crumpled but I put it on a hamper and all sign of creases had disappeared. The fit is perfect.

My only complaint would be Seasalt labels at the neck, they always need ironing!
