Having used Seascanner several times i can honestly recommend them without hesitation. They are always helpful, polite and normally the cheapest around.

The online booking process was straightforward, and whenever I had any questions, the Customer Support team responded promptly and professionally.

After completing two separate bookings for our group of four, I contacted Seascanner to ask if the bookings could be linked together. Liz from the Customer Support Team was extremely helpful and quickly arranged for our bookings to be linked, ensuring that we would be seated together for dinner throughout the cruise. This gave us great peace of mind.

We had to change booking details and when we contacted the support staff they were quick to respond and to deal with a different query we then had. Aimee was a great help, very professional in her communication and prompt to answer my emails. Overall her level of customer service was excellent.

Seascanner lacks any personal touches, they are just a website that offers cheap cruises. Even though I have booked mant times with them they do not ring to say have a good holiday etc...

Had a query about adding drinks package to my booked cruise. The agent Aimee answered my queries and made adding the package so easy. Excellent service from Aimee and recomend this company as was a smooth booking process from beginning to end.

I spoke with Liz today who was really lovely and helpful when i had to discuss cancellation of my forthcoming cruize due to a medical problem. So helpful and empathetic and a real asset to Seascanner

Its my second cruise booking with Seascanner cant fault them all the staff are very helpful I decided to change my flight from Gatwick to Birmingham and Liz and Jeaneatte sorted this for me very pleasant and great customer service by both ,so will be booking again with Seascanner in the future

I' made a slight error in my booking. It was very easy to get it changed without having to go any long convoluted telephone system just send a quick message using the FAQ.

Booked through Seascanner twice now and very happy with the service and price. Both times I've needed to contact them following the booking, once by phone, the other via the online form and both times the customer service has been excellent, especially Mitch in the call centre who was fantastically helpful and went to great lengths to double check flight information for me. We will definitely use them again!

Almost flawless experience!
The only trouble I had was was paying deposit on credit card but it was fine, I just hope I don't have trouble later paying the rest. Other than that, it's worth speaking to someone on the chat cos my experience was them giving out a discount code, better than what was advertised on the site. Meaning I saved a few extra pennies. She was also extremely helpful with giving me details about the different packages available.

I have booked with Seascanner on a few occasions, but have needed to make changes to bookings.
Mitch from Customer Service has been incredibly helpful, and his attention to detail perfect, every step of the way.
AI will never be able replace this level of human interaction by the way
