STAY AWAY!!!

I booked a flight through Seat24 (Athens-Larnaca-Athens) and the return flight was rebooked to more than 3 hours earlier which was not possible for me to take. They offered to rebook me on another flight with layover in Beirut and an overall flight time of over 12 hours instead of 1.20h. I cancelled instead and bought another return flight directly from the airline. Over 6 months later, I am still waiting for my refund!!!! I keep getting the same standard answers from customer service that my request is being processed. They even had the audacity to tell me NOT to write again via email or social media, and that they will get in touch with me when my file has been processed!!!

scammers, worst booking website ever

They scammed me of 440 EUR and are refusing to refund it. Their livechat service is terrible and they transferred me between 5 different agents from India (obviously just playing around with me) before they told me they will not refund my money.

Very misleading booking medium, charged me 100 EUR extra for luggage whereas the official airline's website has the same ticket available for the initial price seat24 is offering, but including the luggage. I did a huge mistake to use them, please avoid them.

They don't care about your problem, they are just happy they've gotten their extra money and will not bat an eye

Criminal association. Stay away!

In October 2022 I bought tickets with Seat24 from Cancun to Copenhagen, served by Air Canada. In November and again in December 2022 Seat24 cancelled the tickets and booked us for other flights, ultimately moving the departure several hours earlier, making it impossible for us to catch the flight.
I thus called Seat24 to get a refund, as they were unable to provide the product I paid for, and we were unable to make it for new departure times. I spent 1 hour being thrown around to 4 different departments (a call center in India). Seat24 stated that they wouldn't get a ticket, as I was provided with "confirmed tickets". The fact that it was a different product, different planes at different hours didn't mean anything to them.
The money for these tickets are lost. We will not be able to use them.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. You will end up at another place in the world at another time. It's a criminal association, that hasn't been taken down yet.

Not able to rebook

Not able to rebook! Waiting since 2 weeks and just want to know the price and possibility of rebooking my flight and they never get back to me and always keep postponing. Would not recommend to book through them, it is not worth the minor savings!!!!!

The worst company I ever booked flights…

The worst company I ever booked flights with. They changed our flight suddenly to some completly stupid flight connection (my flight was from Tromso to Bergen and then Bergen to Berlin, they changed it to Tromso to Oslo and Oslo to Bergen, without flight back to berlin!) Customer service was super rude and not helpful, they expected me to pay for new flight instead of offering alternative, i never encounter such stupid and usless company. Thankfully the airline sorted this for me and they asked me to write a complaint for Seat24 because what they did does not make sense, stay away from them because if your flight get vcancelled, they may live you in some random city instead of providing flight to desired location.

Worst customer experience in my entire life

Recommended? No, not at all

We booked the flights from Berlin (GER) to Perth (AUS) for our family holidays on Seat24.com and made the most horrible experience in our entire life.
Due to a schedule change by the airline, our first flight was cancelled, and we were to be re-booked on an earlier flight.
Seat24 failed to inform us about the schedule change, and we only found out by chance.
Several attempts by Seat24 to book us on another flight failed without any explanation by the booking platform. Responsibilities between customer service and the booking department were not clear, and one referred to the other when checking on the status.
Over a period of 2 months, including 27 calls with Seat24, no solution was found. By that time, the planned departure was on the following day.
Only an intervention by the airline allowed us to board our flights and make it to our destination in Australia. We are grateful that Singapore Airlines recognised the failure and incompetency of the travel agent and made an exemption for us.
No further feedback, explanation or apology was received by Seat24.com.
This was the most stressful, disappointing and off-putting customer experience of our entire life as travellers.
We will never, ever book anything with Seat24 again, and would like to warn anyone reading this review of doing so.

Dont ever use them to book anything

Dont ever use them to book anything! It is a complete ripp off.
They tell you one thing, and do another.
I contacted them after I booked a flight, as I wanted to change the date. I had purchased a Flex+ (+2000DKK) package where all changes and cancellations should be free of charge. They recommended me to just cancel myself, and rebook the flight, while they assured me (in writing) that I would get a full refund.
The refund was however 700kr less than the payment, and they now say that I only get a refund minus a fee!!? Complete the opposite than what the told me when I had to do the change. If I had just asked them to make the change, the would have been no fee, but they told me to do the cancellation, when I asked how to change the date on the booking.

Worst Company ever

Worst Company ever. Did not inform us that our flight was cancelled. And Will not refund our tickets. Had to spend 1500$ to get new tickets and looks a day !!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheats.. hope they get what is comming. Why do Airlines let these scammers sell their product?

I had to pay twice cause they wouldnt change the name on a ticket and it was only a error spell. Then i called the fly Company. They Said it was Seat who had to do it. When i called Seat they told me it was the flight Company. The same talk three times. Crazy

Straighout scam

The prices get more expensive the first time you click it, the insurances they try and trick you into buying are way overpriced, and when you finally fill out all your personal information they save it even when the purchases isn't made and send emails without consent!!! Because NO I did not finish ANY of my attempted purchases because when you finally fill out all your personal information and they have taken it into their database illegally they RAISE THE PRICE AT THE END EVERY TIME WITH HUGE AMOUNTS!!! STAY AWAY!!

WARNING

WARNING! A TERRIBLE way of tricking customers to pay for extra services. I paid to get a refundable ticket, when I cancelled my trip I still had to pay for the extra services I had chosen (I had picked a specific seat on the plane, vegetarian food, check in through SMS etc) - it turns out that these services were NON-REFUNDABLE! I had to pay around 100 euros even though I didn't go on the plane. Absolutely absurd!!! I will never use Seat24 again, and recommend everyone who wants a fair and trustworthy travel agent to use my advice and not use them.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service.
I spent half a day trying to get in contact with the customer service. Both via chat and phone (two times). The second time I tried to call them I was waiting to get through for 2 hours. When I finally got through I talked to a man who clearly was sitting at an Indian located service center and spoke so fast English with a heavy accent that I couldn't understand a thing. What I did understand though was that he mocked me and ironically called me 'Maaaaaam' about a 100 times.
And in the end he couldn't help me with my question regarding why I was unable to book the flight tickets I had found on their website from Denmark to Greenland.
I'm glad that I found the tickets with another company and didn't have to spend my money with them. I will never recommend anyone trying to get in contact for help nor service at this company.
