It would be great if you would mention from the beginning the extra cost per person you charge for administrative matters.
After receiving the tickets on which a very high price was written and receiving your instructions to not check with any of the staff when there is a problem with entering, i thought the whole thing was maybe a scam. But in the end we had no problems!

I ordered last minute tickets to a Premier League Football match. The tickets did not arrive soon after I ordered them. As the match came closer the Seatpin emailed me to let me know the seller had not transferred the tickets yet. The communication was excellent and the tickets arrived shortly thereafter. The Seatpin team called me to ask me how they did. Impressive. Back home through Ticketmaster I would never receive the same level of courtesy and service!
