We had a great experience
We had a great experience. For once a vendor who knows his job. Very friendly, very kind, giving good tips. Was present when needed and not pushing or following us all the time. If you buy from stock which they have plenty prices are very competitive.
We bought the arctic model in beige.

I don't recommend this store.
I don't recommend this store.
We bought a couch in the middle of August and we did not received it yet.
They barely answer to emails or not at all.
By phone they didn't knew when our couch will arrive.
What's the point to contact them if they have no idea when the products will arrive..
Plus they don't offer transportation and they didn't told us only after we signed and paid (because we asked)

Superior attention to the customer, adaptability to our needs. Clear info materials explaining how the shop operates, good guiding questions by the staff to assist in making an informed choice among the variety. Extra time given for consideration, even as the shop was closing. Would gladly buy here again!

Scam, missleading, unfair pricing
They sold me a couch for more than 1700 euro, later that day I discovered that they advertise the exact same couch on the website from 699 euro!!! On the picture and video on their website they show the exact same couch I bought with the price: "from 699 euro". This means the starting price of that same couch should be 699 euro. Since I bought the same couch only different color they should not charge me much more than 699 euro (diffetent color can be more expensive, but not a 1000 euro). Still they charged me for 1750 euro! This is a missleading practice and unfair pricing, which seems to be the violation of EU law. I contacted them already about this, I am waiting for a reply, but until I would say be careful with them! If they advertise a product for a price they shouldn't sell the same product a 1000 euro more!

Be prepared to wait a long time
Be prepared to wait a long time, about 10 weeks and you will be expected to come collect your sofa within 10 days or you might get charged more.
If they tell you that there remove the delivery on the sofa, make sure to correctly check cos you might get some surprised. Considering that some city give you a parking space within 2/3 weeks, they will call you multiple times despite having emailed and contacted them to let them know the city hall possibility.
In store, be aware of others extra and charges cos the price climb very quickly, read the small print on sale, it's usually not what you see but what is on the small print. You might have wasted time to get there.

Amazing experience
I recently visited Seats and Sofas, and I was highly impressed with their collection. They have a wide variety of sofas to choose from, catering to different styles and preferences. High quality and fully customizable sofas
The employees of this shop were very nice and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything and to answer all our questions. They also gave us a coffee and made us try different textile.
Many sofas are available in the shop to try and it is fully customizable with many textile or colors, which makes it incredible to find our perfect sofa.
We also had a very nice discount with the black friday and the saturday special promos combined. We are very happy about this purchase and are looking forward to receive our sofas.
