Sofort wird man angequatscht und in ein Gespräch verwickelt. Schnell folgen „unschlagbare" Preise, die man um die Ohren gehauen bekommt. Von 3000€ ist man ganz plötzlich bei 1700€. Die wollen auf Verderb die Ware an den Mann bringen, auch als ich mich letztendlich für die Stornierung des Kaufvertrages (übrigens 25% des Kaufpreises) entschieden habe, wollte man mir andere Sofas andrehen, so dass die sich in iedem Falle das Geld des nichts ahnenden Kunden in die Tasche stecken können.
Das Wort Kulanz ist bei denen anscheinend nicht bekannt und beharren auf ihre 25% Stornogebühr, da es so viel Aufwand sei, den Vertrag im System zu ändern. Eine glatte 6.

They want to spoil the goods, even when I finally decided to cancel the purchase contract (25% of the purchase price, by the way), they wanted to sell me other sofas, so that they can put the money of the unsuspecting customer in their pockets.
The word goodwill is apparently not known to those and insist on their 25% cancellation fee, because it is so much effort to change the contract in the system. A smooth 6.
