We bought a sofa but when looking around it was cheaper elsewhere and even at seatsandsofa later. when collecting the sofa the guys from the expedition let it slip and it was damaged slightly and the manager told us that it would be repaired by a furnuture-repair-company at home. they would call us for an appointment. now, after 2 months, nobody knows what happened (?!) and they offer 15 euro compensation.....
that's not right!

Never buy sofas from this store
Never buy sofas from this store. Utterly disappointing store
They say they are the largest sofa store but the worst place to purchase a sofa. I purchased an electric sofa just two days ago and one of the sofas they sent is not working. I called the next day to inform and return back they mention that it’s 50% money back. Well I paid €2000 for them to send me a broken sofa which now sits in the middle of my living room. And I also cannot get my refund. They did not mention to us regarding this before the purchase.
Before the purchase we also mentioned that a group of guests arriving for summer and hence the urgent purchase. The service agent says they take weeks to make an appointment to check the sofa
This place is never recommended to anyone.
Please check the reviews before you make any purchase with seats and sofas. Such a bad customer experience

Great furniture and wonderful prices. Service and staff were very good. Unfortunately our Dutch isn't good enough to hold a conversation. The sales staff was very helpful but did struggle a bit with English. Nothing a little patience and some hand gestures can't solve. 😉

We came here to buy a couch, and even though we were really lost, the salesman helped us out really good. Even though the couch wasn't available in the shop, they made a lot of calls to make sure that we have our dream-couch.

Not customer friendly
Wouldn't recommend, it's not a customer friendly experience. Unlike in other stores, it's hard to know the price of the couches/chairs because many either don't have a price tag, or there are too many different and confusing prices listed in the booklet they give you. Then the older salesman gets/acts offended and impolite when you ask if the price is negotiable and if the price includes delivery. Mind you, this is a normal question in furniture stores, and in every other store they answered politely.
This is the sales tactics Seats and Sofas is known for, but now I found out for myself. I think it's counterproductive. I walked out. If they're like this *before* buying something, I can't imagine how they are *after* buying. Many other stores out there.
