No Communication, No Care for People

Stay away from this business. I had a cancellation misunderstanding 45 days prior to arriving. I explained this to the property owners and that I would like a refund or to rebook my originally requested dates. They have not returned any phone calls, emails or messages. They only seem intent to keep the full deposit without any care for their customers. Beware that if you have an issue prior to arriving or during your stay that they treat people this way. Hosts “Ashley and Mike” advertise their downtown Seattle properties with Seattle Emerald Suites, VRBO and Airbnb.
