The service is good and doesn't present many hiccups. To get the best deals, you need to know when and what to purchase.
My main problem is that although people buy tickets from you, you only get paid 7-10 working days after the concert has taken place. I understand the need for extra security but it's honestly a setback for people who are wishing for a more immediate transaction.
It is also not very clear whether you can view a foreign site in English (ex. the Dutch version of the site in English), and it took me quite a while to understand that I didn't have to go on the .co.uk version to read it in English. Maybe making it clearer with a big flag at the top-right corner or something to switch between languages would be great.

I will not use tis site again. I have contacted seatwave and I have been offered a giftcard for €200. Tho I paid €216. And I travelled from Ireland to Amsterdam for the concert at a cost of €191. i have requested a full refund and after sending numerous email. I am still waiting on a reply
Totally scandalous behaviour

honestly i only used this page to find tickets to a show in heineken music hall that sold out in 10 minutes so it was helpful it did make me fly from turkey to the netherlands which was also cool so thanks m8
The Peppers were brilliant as ever and great stage with very 2.0 design on the lights! Sound in Ziggo was great as always!
Easy to book, easy to pay, good prices. No hassle even for last minute purchases
I ordered and paid tickets for Red Hot Chilli Peppers in Madrid on
Tuesday, 27 September 2016 at seatwave.nl.
They sent me tickets for Wednesday, 28 September.
At the venue in Madrid, the ticket organizers (promoters) were reluctant to help, they even claimed seatwave is illegal. They said the tickets I have should be deleted and that they (the promoters) never sold tickets to seatwave and therefore I was the victim of a fraud (by seatwave).
In the end I could not go to the concert I paid for. Moreover, I travelled from the Netherlands to Spain to go to that concert.
Moreover, seatwave offers several email addresses for "customer service" on their official webpage. None (!) of them work:
supportNL'@'seatwave.com
support'@'seatwave.nl
misbruik'@'seatwave.nl
supportES'@'seatwave.com
All of them are mail delivery service failures.
Lost the gig, lost the flight and no answer and all.
I bought two tickets to attend Muse in Berlin through Seatwave (I'm from Spain, so I also bought plane tickets to get there). Once in Berlin, the 'allegedly secured transaction' failed. Ticket barcodes won't go at all so we didn't came into and no way, it was sold out. People at Tickets.de tried to help us and they just wrote us a 'Confirmation' which reads tickets numbers 4173524369305363 & 6400294369305958: 'The admission to the event has been denied due to the following reason: There is no existing incoming payment for this ticket code - has been rejected'. This way, the original seller (scamer) drew back his original tickets he bought once he sold the tickets through Seatwave.
And now, there's no way to contact Seatwave by any means... Trusted? Secure? Please, don't make me laugh...

================ UPDATE ================
It is impossible to get in touch through the FAQ page
The FAQ page is such a joke, there's no way to get in touch by e-mail or through a comment box. FAQ page is a waste of time and it keeps me going round and round through questions that won't resolve a FRAUD issue like mine.
Your answer is always 'Go to the FAQ', but the FAQ is useless once I've been scamed. Same reply from Facebook and Twitter, but no solutions at all. I guess you are not willing to solve any issue neither help your customers.

Hi, I've paid €275 for tickets to see Neil Young tonight, i've been trying by email and by phone to get through to someone and we cannot get through, we have no tickets and the concert starts at 7.30. It is saying 'E-Ticket awaiting download' We live in Galway and the concert is on in Dublin, which is 2 hours away. I'm now on this call for over 40 mins and still no answer. Can someone check if this is a scam or not please.
