The customer service is trash over the phone. They are sarcastic rude abd must be common practice for them to charge your card whenever they feel like it and can only offer an apology but no refund.

The dolphins they have in their parks…

The dolphins they have in their parks were captured under horrific circumstances, wrenched from the sea in Taiji, Japan and shipped to their parks to swim in small concrete prisons. These sentient creatures swim many miles a day in the ocean and they have imprisoned them and taken away their lives. By keeping dolphins they are actively contributing to the Taiji hunts where many many dolphins are slaughtered each day. If you read this review people do take the time to Google Taiji hunts and see what your Seaworld ticket is doing!

Captivity, abuse and evil!

Captivity of large, beautiful and intelligent animals is absolutely disgusting and Inhumane. These animals are kept in dark, very small enclosures for 2/3rds of their entire shortened lives, all alone. Baring in mind these are highly intelligent, social mammals Trained with abusive and starvation techniques so that they perform. Perform in order for sea world to profit hundreds of millions each year..
Please wake up to the fact and realise the extreme abuse and cruelty which takes place at sea world. Do not let your kids grow up believing that the abuse of animals for entertainment purposes is acceptable, or for any reason is acceptable!!
Sea world claim they preserve and look after these animals. This is a complete lie. Sea world care about the billions of pounds they take from peoples pockets and nothing else. Please wake up to the fact that if you are paying money to visit this place then you are part of the problem, don’t ignore the cruelty because you want to have a nice day with family or friends or simply fascinated and want to learn more about these incredible animals, there are other HUMANE ways to go about this. There are also hundreds of other things you can do with you time and money which doesn’t involve the terrible abuse these animals go through. Do your own research. I visited sea world in 2013 completely oblivious to the horrible ordeals these animals endure with no knowledge on what sea world actually is and why they operate. After being there for 30 minutes I was fully aware that this place is just wrong on so many levels. Don’t be deceived.

I don’t even know where to start and…

I don’t even know where to start and how much money these people kept taking out my bank after I canceled the payments over COVID-19 I canceled my payments three times because they kept saying the last person didn’t do it right and when they went to go pull up the recording of when I called of course like every other company they don’t have the recordings do I recommend this place no did they help me at all retrieve any kind of money knowing I needed it absolutely not. They did nothing about it but tell me that I MIGHT get a refund within 30 days it’s been 60 days they stole about $400 from me. I used to actually take my kids here but now I will never step foot in a place like this again By the way it was a annual pass that I purchased that I was never ever able to use for this year I never even got to step foot into Sea World to activate it but they still want to head and charge me three times after I canceled the first time I had to close My bank account only because I felt like they were going to keep charging me Seaworld 2020 stealing money from people

Seaworthy, Orlando

Sea world is a place for all, no matter what age you are or where you come from you have to go there. It maybe on more of the pricey side of things but trust me it with it. It has a mix of attractions such and shows, rides, performances and aquariums. You learn so much about the animals living under the sea while having a fun day out. If you ever go to Orlando Florida, please take a trip to sea world thanks you - Katie xxx

We visited Seaworld Orlando with the kids and had a great time. The park was a little crowded so we could not see the Penguins due to the long line but everything else was fun. We have pictures with Salty the seal and played with the dolphins.

worst experience in the last 20 years

worst experience in the last 20 years. spent a fortune to take my grandson, who with his father drove 8 hours to get here. ZERO adult supervision anywhere in the park, fighting at the lockers because none were available, lost kids screaming and crying, naked babies in the pool (with a zero diaper in the water policy). This place was so crowded that you couldn't get into the wave pool for all the women laying at the edge blocking entrance. We waited for more than an hour for one three minute water slide. got there at 10, left at noon. If you want to throw money away, just mail it to me.so far no comment from their customer service center. try resort pass first and go to an actual pool. the tanks at seaworld were filthy. No wonder a baby whale died last year from an infection. Save yourself and do not do this to anyone you love
