Received order cancellation by Seb and Roo on 13th June ... just a few days before order was due to be fulfilled. No explanation simply and 'order cancelled' email. Unprofessional. To make matters worse Seb and Roo still listing this item as available to purchase. So why the cancellation?

Rachel is truly wonderful. I ordered from her with little time to have my item made and delivered in time for my niece starting school. Website was easy to navigate and make a secure transaction. Purchase was delivered speedily and received in perfect condition. I bought a childs necklace and braclet set. The colours were true to the picture on the website although it was smaller than I'd anticipated as it had been displayed on site in a box which I think that made it look larger. The product didn't arrived boxed although it was nicely wrapped in tissue paper. I dont think there was an option on the website to choose a longer length necklace.
