I have used Seboshop previously and was happy to return for another order. Although unfortunately there was an issue with my order this time where I was sent the wrong items, as soon as I contacted Seboshop they rectified the mistake. I was able to send the erroneous items back and they promptly sent the correct items. Lovely and personal communication throughout. Will definitely be returning when I need some other sebo vacuum accessories

Found the parts I required with ease. Also had choices between makers name and copies both at great price. Order and payment easy with delivery next day all items packed securely. Superb service. Would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a Sebo vacuum from Manchester Vacs two years ago and their professionalism, knowledge and website match these great vacuums. Their tutorial and troubleshooting videos are concise and easy to follow. I’ve just ordered new filters which arrived within two days.

I recently purchased the Sebo BS360 vacuum from Manchester Vacs, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! This vacuum is a powerhouse when it comes to cleaning. It's suction is incredibly strong, easily picking up dirt, dust and pet hair with my accessories on both carpets and hard floors! The design is user-friendly and simple and it's integrated wand and hose makes it easy to pick up dirt that you spot in the corner or up high for cobwebs. One of the standout features is it's construction and easy to carry, carry handle on the front of the cleaner perfectly aligned for the weight of the cleaner and centre of gravity making it easy to carry around and up and down stairs. The filtration system is excellent, capturing allergens and ensuring a cleaner air from it's onboard HEPA filter, which is a huge plus for anyone with allergies. Additionally the build quality is impressive with it's high grade ABS making it sturdy and durable, promising years of reliable use. I also want to highlight the excellent fast service and customer experience I recieved from Manchester Vacs. They were incredibly helpful with there detailed infromation on each cleaner and accessories that they offer not to mention the amazing prices! cheaper than the high street shops and Sebo directly themselves! also the purchasing process was smooth and effortless without any long forms to fill. Overall, I highly recommend the Sebo BS360 to anyone in need of a high-performing vacuum cleaner. It combines efficiency, ease of use, and excellent cleaning power, making it a fantastic investment for keeping your home spotless!

I was very pleased to find that the Sebo Shop offered a refurbished motor at a great price. It arrived the next day, was fitted without a hitch and my Sebo is back in action.

Excellent price and service. Ordered on-line a Sebo Felix replacement hose on Thursday 26/09/2024. Part delivered on Saturday 28/09/2024, and easily fitted. Brilliant.

Needed a new cable for a Sebo came next morning excellent.👌

I trawled the internet until my eyes were on fire trying to decide on which vacuum to purchase next. I then found Manchester Vacs and their website gave some good advice on the Sebo vacuums, as I wanted to know more I called them, got through immediately, and found them very friendly and knowledgeable about the Sebo brand. Convinced the Sebo E3 Premium Boost was now the right vacuum for me I placed an order which was delivered the next working day.
I am very happy with the service I received from Manchester Vacs and the vacuum which is very good quality and I am sure that it will last me for the rest of my days.

I recently purchased a reconditioned Sebo X4 from this company. As a long term Sebo user, I had agonised over the decision, having never previously entertained the idea of buying anything other than a brand new vacuum cleaner. In the event, I was unable to contemplate the loss of bag (nearly every new machine on the market) or prodigious suction (current Sebo models).

The reconditioning as described by the Sebo Shop does not come cheap, but it is extremely thorough, and the performance of the machine I received certainly equals my expectations of how a brand new X4 would perform.

I was also very pleasantly surprised by the cosmetic condition of the machine. Although the website warns to expect some minor signs of use, the base and main body of the machine were excellent.... almost as new in appearance. I look forward to years of use... my somewhat battered previous X4 was good for the best part of 20 years.

Dispatch was super fast, and the machine arrived on the second working day after my (weekend) order. I would not hesitate to use the Sebo Shop (Manchester Vacs) again!

Extremely useful shop, the online store is convenient and easy to use. There is an enormous range of items available here which are not easily found elsewhere and stock levels are not only fantastic but out of stock items are clearly marked.

The start-to-finish online shopping experience is great, communications and order tracking superb, orders arrive safely packaged and on-time.

There are also several items and services offered here that are either unique to this shop or rare elsewhere. This is a shop which you can trust to deliver as promised.

Unbelievably amazing , why did I not buy one years ago, I ve had Dyson and rubbish and Ive given up with shark as its gone wrong three times in as many years, this Sebo is quite something else, yes it looks bulky and retro but its simple from the changing of the filter to the bag and much cleaner , a little heavy but the quality is first class , the suction makes Dyson and Shark look like an exhausted lawn Mower :

Excellent part ordered and delivered within days

Please stay away from The Sebo Shop also known as Manchester Vacs. I purchased a brand new Sebo Vacuum cleaner, but received a used product instead. When I asked to return for a full refund, I was met with resistance and customer service was very rude (especially the owner Stuart) The vacuum cleaner has clearly been used and not new as advertised. Manchester Vac insisted there is nothing wrong with the vacuum cleaner, even it has been used. I returned the Sebo vacuum cleaner and I was charged return postage cost, even though it was their fault for sending a used product. I would never shop with The Sebo shop/Manchester Vac again. It's not worth the nightmare of dealing with them, instead will buy on Amazon or John Lewis.
I wouldn't recommend The Sebo shop/Manchester Vac (Dyson & Sebo Specialist) to anyone. Please stay away from them.
