Bought a title from their catalog. Has a defective disc which they have replacements for. Inquired about the replacement. Wouldn’t honor and said they won’t send me the replacement. Bad business.

Terrible terrible company. They have done a disc replacement for a film. But they don't want to send you a copy. I have sent numerous emails requesting a copy, and after the second email, they ignore you. Their customer service is non existant. Avoid this company. I would give a zero star rating if I could.

Ordered my films. Import taxes included. Got the quickly. Super happy!

Really went beyond assisting me with a slightly defective order that I had purchased elsewhere. I enquired about ordering a replacement case on the Thursday and it was delivered on Monday.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

This company did some big shots with their releases like Dawn of the Dead and their future plans sound more than promising. I love that they wait with a release if there is a chance to make the product even better with more time (Romero´s Martin, The Hitcher).
I´m from the EU and waiting to get my first order shipped directly from their webstore. They promised that taxes will be refunded after it arrives, so I´m hoping this all works at the end. Will give a highter score when they keep on going this way.

Brilliant products, absolutely terrible service. Don't buy direct, go to Amazon. Despite constant email, twitter etc, not one actual reply that helps.

I've ordered 3 items from Second Sight, one is on pre-order but the two they have delivered so far have been fantastic.

I ordered the Dawn of the Dead box set from them, paid etc and then realised I also wanted to order The Krays, I emailed them to see if they could drop it in the same box but they ship so fast it was sadly too late, but what they did was offer if I would order the item I wanted they would just refund me the postage, even though they would still be posting it separately. :O I felt bad taking that offer but figured if this is how well they treat their customers, I would be sure to come back and order something else soon enough.

They also sent me some extra goodies in the post which was really kind, so yeah 3rd order in for The Guest coming in October, look forward to receiving it! Highly recommend if you are in the UK to order direct just for the customer service alone, but sometimes they put extras in if you order direct like The Guest is coming with some nice extra art cards exclusive to direct orders.
