I ordered a nail file on the 20th and it’s the 27th today, they still haven’t dispatched the item. I’m unsure if I’ve just been ripped off entirely or whether they’re just really behind in fulfilling orders.

Despite placing an order some 14 days ago I have still not received any goods. The only correspondence I have had is 1 email to confirm my order and 2 asking me to rate them. I have sent 4 emails asking for updates and the goods but NOTHING from the company to explain. However they have taken my money.

The customer service is non existent! Extremely disappointed, my order was delivered to the wrong address, I had a email from Royal Mail confirming delivery with a picture of it being posted but it was not my house. I have contacted Secret Make-up numerous times for over a month and have heard absolutely nothing. Be aware if you have a problem you will be left completely alone with it! So disappointed, order paid for but never received.

It's a good product, I've reordered many times. Couldn't be without it.

Have not received item

I already have a number of items (micro foot file,crystal hair remover and super jumbo nail file and they are outstanding - great quality and work brilliantly ).
I decided I wanted another jumbo nail file and took the opportunity to get the metal nail clippers ( both types ) . These cut through the toughest toe nails . I have thrown all my others away.
All I need now is a cuticle away( when it's back in stock) and some suction cups .
The order arrived super fast and well packaged.
I had noted that other reviews mention they break ! Well many are made of glass, but I have found them robust, great to travel with and so easy to clean making them hygienic for everyone.

I already had some SecretMake-up files and bought these for my sister as they are excellent. Unfortunately the particular one I wanted was out of stock so I will look for it again. My sister was delighted with the bundle I gave her.

Happy with service. Dispatch and Delivery time was as stated and the item was as expected (had been recommended the product and I loved it so went and purchased one for me!)

I was very disappointed at first, having placed an order before, with no problems, I sent an email because
1: two payments went out and then
2: I’d not got my order either, after a good while,
I was then emailed with an apology for the delay in them answering, I emailed back and my order was then promptly sent, with the refund of the extra payment that was taken,
I understand things can happen and once the mistake was recognised things were very soon rectified,
I love your products, they’re amazing and my last order was 2 years ago showing they’re very good quality,

The nail shiner does what it says it will do and so far does not seem to have damaged my nails.
Initially my order was overlooked for some reason and after a few days of not hearing anything I enquired about my order which was then sent out promptly with an extra product added with no charge.
All in all a very good experience - will go back for more products.

Didn't get my items even though sent , took Cs 5days to get bak to me and gave me a refund which I still haven't got .

good products/unresponsive customer service

One of my products arrived shattered and I have had no response from customer service on a replacement/refund. The intact products are good quality and I really like them.

Wrong item sent - have contacted via website but yet to hear back. Hopefully I will hear back soon as, as an existing customer I like your products. I ordered a foot file and a nail shiner has arrived.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after waiting a week with no reply to my messages regarding a missing item in my order, I feel the need to warn others.
Whilst I love their products & have ordered from them previously (with a positive customer service experience), I will NOT be buying again & I will advise my friends & family to avoid also now.
Very, very disappointing!
