Del was very helpful and competent when solving my challenge with messages not posting on the site and messages that I didn't knowingly send that didn't post. had a weird issue where
had a weird issue where my profile bio just deleted itself randomly. wrote a message to the support team to see if they could restore it because I had spent a good chunk of time writing it out. it took them almost a full week to get back to me. by the time they replied saying they couldn't recover it and i'd have to rewrite it, i had already forgotten what my original bio even said. they were polite but that response time is really dragging.

i get that they have to make money
i get that they have to make money, but it would be cool if they gave you a few more free credits when you first sign up just to test the waters. you barely get enough to send a couple of introductory messages before you hit a paywall. it makes it hard to gauge if the site is actually worth investing in because you can't really get a proper conversation going without pulling out your credit card on day one.
