I ordered 2 folding chairs in May
I ordered 2 folding chairs in May. In August I asked them where was my order? They told me they were delayed due to the pandemic. On Oct 3rd I contacted Secretrees and asked about my order, giving them the 14 digit number. There answer was this " I'm very sorry to have kept you waiting. We have found that your order has not been delivered. Due to the negligence of the staff, do you need this product now? We can deliver the goods for you immediately , if you no longer need it we will refund you During the pandemic protect yourself. Wish you and your family safe and healthy! Best wishes, Wendy
Oct 4th in response I told them " Thank you for your message, yes I would still like to have the chairs. Please make sure that I can track the shipment also.
