i have been using secret spot on and off for years and they always have time to give advice, there is always lots of stock and you can be sure they will have it, my most recent purchase was a takayama 9.0 in the pink, i went for that cos i dont like the other colours. wow what a board, the nose is big so you can get you weight forward and catch waves without it nosing in. it feels very stable and seams to sit on the water rather than in it, i found it very maneuverable even standing mid way, and could easily cut back once on the tail. i got a good ride on the very first wave. i feel it will do exactly what you ask it to, but it has limitless potential, i wont outgrow this board, its much better than me, i love it just cant wait to surf again and discover what more it has to offer. im 177cm 73 kg 62 years old, if thats of interest

Ordered a new foamie for my wife at a great price. It was delivered within 48hrs and was really well packaged, even better than any hardboard delivery I've had before. Happy to use again.

The Secret Spot online shop is very easy to use, I found Secret Spot shop via the Xcel dealers list and was able to get a specific wetsuit size which I was very happy with, first time sign-in to the shop was easy to create profile and order the wetty. Secret Spot Secret no more! Ordered wetty at 10pm, got an email 10am next morning telling me the wetty was already dispatched!!!!!

Ordered a Wave Bandit foamie and changed my mind on my order (always used to get frustrated by those types of customer), order was changed with no problems and great customer service. It was great talking “industry” with Icky and was great to deal with an independent shop with experienced and knowledgeable staff. Board was really well packaged and super fast effi delivery. Thanks for the new foamie for those tiny days and also thanks for the t shirt!! I’ll wear it with pride!!! 😉👌.

My Yeti mug arrived with a standard lid rather than the magslide lid as shown in the photo on the shops website, have to say the customer service from Icky was first class and the correct lid arrived safely today, I now have a happy wife as the colour she wanted is out of stock in most places, well done Secretspot

I ordered a jacket from Secret Spot on Christmas Day. It was promptly delivered on 29th.

However, the jacket that arrived was not the one I'd ordered.

I informed Secret Spot, and they have since refunded me for the item and the return delivery costs.

I will definitely order again from the website. They have some brilliant stuff and the service I received was a very high standard throughout.

I live in Asia about 9800km away from secretspot. Received item 7 days after placing order. I would say secretspot is a trustworthy store

Can't thank Secretspot enough. Had an absolute nightmare with the royalmail, through no fault of secretspot, who were always very responsive, professional and very helpful - and thanks to them got it all sorted and the surf leash arrived.
