FULL SATISFACTION OF THE WALLET, LIGHT, PURE LEATHER AND STYLISH.

Terribly slow customer service, purchased a gift for myself and notified 2 min after placing the order that I had the wrong address they stopped responding to my emails I’ve called and they said someone would get back to me and no one did.

The SECRID wallet is beautifully made and truly elegant. The craftsmanship stands out immediately — every detail feels intentional and well‑executed. It functions smoothly, with the card mechanism working flawlessly and the overall design staying slim and practical. A perfect blend of style and performance.

Cards just fall out of holder. If wallet isn’t upright, cards fall out. I’ve had the spring loaded mechanism changed 3 times and it doesn’t fix problem. I lost a couple cards and that sucks more after the brainwash that this is an awesome wallet.

Already had a card holder, and now got a miniwallet as a present. The best wallet i could ever have.

I was looking for a quality, slim wallet with RFID protection that was not made in China. I have owned my wallet for 2 years and cannot speak highly enough about the quality and function of the slim wallet. You will not find a better pop-up wallet! I love it so much, I bought my son one to replace his inferior pop-up wallet.

Your Taiwan distributor provides very poor service and does not care about retaining customers.
The only reason I would consider buying again is because of the product’s strengths.

It is such a wonderful brand and product experience with SECRID. When I give someone a SECRID wallet, they are usually impressed by the design thinking and overall quality of the product. I personally love it too. It's amazing!

Secrid's website is well laid out and makes choosing/ordering products very easy. I ordered the miniwallet in Dutch Martin leather and it arrived today. The leather is a good thickness, full grain, and very supple.
The card ejector works very smoothly and is very easy to operate. The cards are ejected much farther than with other pop-up wallets I have tried, so choosing a card is very easy. The cards are held firmly and it takes a lot of shaking to make them slide out even slightly.
Cards were not initially ejected evenly but this is because different cards will slide differently. Some are smoother than others etc. Now that I have rearranged their order they slide out perfectly every time. I could fit 7 flat cards or 6 flat/one embossed but the latter arrangement made the ejector stiffer to operate.
The leather has an unusual smell. Certainly different from the Italian leathers I am used to on my other wallets. No hint of the chemical smell you can get from some leathers either. It's almost a warm, woody smell. It smells lovely!
I own probably near 100 wallets now, and swap between them almost daily. But this is such a functional yet attractive design that I could easily see it becoming my main carry!
It has no real weaknesses, and I don't see any of the competition offering anything with greater functionality or quality.

Its a very high quality product. The card slide or pop out thing is hella satisfying

I have had this wallet for approximately a decade. Recently I had an issue where my cards had started to slip out of the wallet and I actually lost a card on holiday.

I wrote to the company to ask if there was a fix or a kit I could buy to fix this much loved wallet. Much to my surprise after a couple of emails zi got a lovely message. The company decided to arrange a replacement wallet.

I was sent to the shop I bought the wallet from and now I have a new wallet. It was a lovely surprise and I can't stop telling friends and family. I am so impressed with Secrid.

I received my cardholder from my twin sister at Victorinox in Ibach. I knew cardholders existed, but I wasn't familiar with Secrid yet. What a sense of quality I felt the moment I held it. It immediately gave me a reason to want to purchase more from Secrid. I will definitely be visiting the Hoogstraat in The Hague soon.

I have used Secrid Products since 2012, when I bought my first Card Protector and Slide on a visit to the Netherlands. A very satisfying and utilitarian product, I've had several in different colours and they have never let me down.
In mid 2025 I added the TPU Bandwallet to my collection. This is an upgrade which is very helpful for those occasions when cash is needed. The noteholder is an improvement on simply stuffing notes in the old style bands, allowing easy access to the required notes.

I highly recommend the Bandwallet if you have a need to carry cash from time to time.

I have a secrid wallet for 4 years now. Recently i thought the flip broke (i couldn't get my cards out anymore). On the website I read it was "the salamander mechanism" and was easily fixed. Very happy to continue with this amazing product.

Amazing wallets. This is my second one. I’ve had a Secrid wallet for 8 years and it’s still fully functional. I now have a shiny new one which has been given to me as a gift. Love them

What a great company to deal with. I was first drawn to the company by reading the 'Secrid Story' on their website. They seem like a really nice family setup.
Their website offers a large range of products, suitable for a wide range of needs and in a wide range of colours and materials. I found ordering on the website easy. Delivery to the United Kingdom was extremely quick on both occasions, especially given it was around Christmas time. Both products I have purchased have arrived in excellent condition and really well packaged. One I had gift wrapped, but even the other one was so nicely packaged. It could have been given as a gift in the way it arrived. Clearly a company with pride in their work! Wallet card protectors come in all kinds of prices. I thought the price point for the mini card protector wallet and the card protector were really good, given the quality that these product appear to be. I was also impressed by the warranty. I received, one at 5 years on the card protector and 3 years on the mini wallet. Clearly this company believes in its work. I would seriously recommend anyone who is trying to sift through the world of wallet card protectors should seriously purchase one from Secrid.
