Dinesh resolved the issuance of the certificates very quickly.

Naresh made my experience very positive. He was outstanding. He assisted me with creating a pfx file for my signing certificate. I was grateful for his patience and expert instructions in helping me resolve the problems that I was having.

GANESAN was very helpful in providing knowledgeable assistance to guide me through the organization validation process. We were able to finish the validation process, that had previously been stalled, in one hour!
So thankful for the quick turnaround!

They always sort problems out when they are brought to attention (via support chat). Support reps are always patient and polite, but I have always had to request support to get certificates validated and have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Renewals are always so painful.

The phone validation was a little painful because Sectigo requested to add my phone number to dnb.com which is not possible for non-US companies. Dinesh however helped me resolve it in an alternative way. 3 stars for Sectigo, and 5 stars for Dinesh.

UPDATE: They provided an email with a link to the "receipt", but the page is empty. The support does not respond to a request to provide the receipt.

Was a little rough trying to get a hold of support for some reason this time around. But when I was finally able to, the verification email was resent and the issue quickly resolved. Ganesan did a great job helping us out and in a very timely manner.

Phone support by Dinesh was very good, but quality of phone line was not good (lots of random noise).
