Section 8 Consulting is all talk and no…

Section 8 Consulting is all talk and no actions selling desperate seniors like me all smoke
and mirrors with a $1.000 price tag!

I terminated my May 28, 2025, contract with Section 8 consulting/ Mr. Jay Reulet CEO, for breach of contract, on : Wednesday, July 16, 2025 for failure to provide tangible
services, highly inconsistent business policies, and incoherent communications procedures.

Section 8 consulting office phone hours were extremely problematic and whimsical changing day, by day and week by week!

Furthermore, one never knew when to call or what time; Additionally calls constantly go to voicemail, as Mr. Reulet never answered even
when one call at the “correct time”; This was especially problematic as I live in the
Mountain time zone and section 8 consulting is in Central time zone.

As per the terms of the agreed contract,
5.0 Company Policies:

(5). The clients are responsible for regularly contacting our office to report changes,
give updates,
or request information. If you have been waiting to hear from us for a while, please
pick up the phone and call our office.

I provided updates detailed Case in points transcripts, documents, and other
supporting information regarding my case. Mr. Reulet you falsely accused me of“Constantly emailing you (over 91 times) As if I was sending harassing messages,
This behavior is unwarranted and unprofessional.

I sent a total of three recent audio messages, Additionally no were in the contract
agreement has ever stated that I could not send audio messages via MP3. If MP3
messages were an issue why did you accept the first one that I sent?

MY compliant actions , AS STATED ABOVE is in compliance with 5.0 (5) OF COMPANY POLICIES As of Wednesday, July 16, 2025. As of July 16, 2025,

Mr. Ruelet
Threatened to terminate my contract with a FINAL WARNING This was Totally
Unacceptable Bullying!

Since May 16, 2025, Mr. Jay Reulet services are telephone conversations only, with an
outdated telephone system that was frequently inaudible.

As of May 28, 2025, Mr. Reulet did NOT PROVIDE me any actual Tangible work nor
provided any proof to contact Problematic local Housing Authority or Current Low
Income Tax Credit Housing property which I currently reside.

Mr. Reulet so-called
Section 8 consulting was all talk and No Action! Now I am $1,000 in the hole!

I should have done my research especially with The Better Business Bureau of Texas,
Section 8 consulting has a woeful F business rating, What A Wake-Up Call!

Post Script:
After I terminated My contract for Services Not rendered by Section 8 Consulting, on: Wednesday, July 16, 2025,

Mr. Reulet Falsely changed contract clause details NOT on my original signed contract on May 28, 2025!
False Contract clause details stated below On: Thursday, July 17, 2025:

6.0 Unacceptable Behavior & Service Termination:
· Clients who abuse our contact policy by continuously calling or emailing, or insisting we give an immediate response, will be terminated.· Any client who refuses to accept or set up voicemails, blocks, or screens our calls.
A business Can Never enforce what telephone type of voicemail system on their clients, and I would have Never agreed to this on any contract, for any service period!

This attempt change of contract clause by Section 8 consulting is pure deception and I have proof!
