It is with mixed feelings that I give them a 3. The service itself (internet) has been very reliable. The problem is they are quite expensive as they were the only service available. Xfinity has moved it an instantly they have increased download speeds without changing price. In our case it went from 150 to 250mb/sec. So cost is a big part of the problem. Interfacing with customer support is the other. Their site is very rudimentary. I called for a problem with email and was asked a challenge question, which I had not entered anything. They wanted me to give them answers to the challenge questions and they would enter them. I found that to be a security issue and didn't give them anything.
On 11/21/25 I tried to cancel my internet service with them as I went with another carrier (more speed, less money). I was asked a challenge question again. See above for reason why I couldn't give it to them.
So, reliable service, high cost and poor customer service.
