From the first phone call, Jamie was excellent. He really took the time to listen to our requirements, and explain when things didnt quite make sense to me. It took the pressure off decision making because Jamie fully informed us of everything we needed to know in advance, and then helped us to make an informed decision. I have to say, they are not pushy, very professional, and somehow beat the previous quotes that the current broker could not do, so although I wanted to stay with the current company, and gave the current broker a chance to beat Secure Choice, they could not do so. I have now moved to Secure Choice, and so far so good, they have saved me money and done what they promised.

Jamie has saved us a 7% on our renewal quote and taken away all the hassle of negotiating, switching providers and reviewing the market. Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

I was about to renew the company's healthcare plans. Usually done directly through the provider so I thought I didn't need assistance. This year's premium was going up a lot and no matter how many times I tried or perks I considered to remove, numbers didn't look good. Simon contacted me in case I'd consider their services, and since I had nothing to lose, I gave them a chance. After what seemed impossible but playing the advantage of being on my provider's PSL, they managed to get me an additional 5% off on the renewal. It might not sound much, but clearly I wasn't going to be successful, and certainly every penny counts. Highly recommend! PS: Simon is a good talker, even if you don't get to business, you will definitely enjoy a nice chat
