Russell Tait attended my mum's house in Gosforth this afternoon to inspect an outside drain that appeared to be blocked. This was via Emergency Cover Insurance we had with my mum's home insurance company. They met my wife at the property.

Russell and his partner arrived promptly and they were both really friendly and pleasant. They thoroughly investigated the blocked drain and traced the problem back through to the sink in the utility room. They hosed out the pipework from the sink and got the pipes and the drain running freely. Problem solved!
Great company and can heartily recommend them.

This home emergency specialist was sent in response to a jammed front door lock, after being let down by another contractor.
Russell & Paul turned up, friendly and cheerful and very obviously knew what they were about. The barrel of the lock had jammed due to a loose screw. Loosened off, reset with a new screw and all done very quickly. Great service.
