Hidden fees - stay away!

I had the exact same experience as others where I tried to get my MOT history which was advertised at £0.50. I paid by Apple Pay, didn’t sign up to a subscription, then the next day had £7.99 withdrawn from my Lloyds account.
They are not prepared to issue any refunds and state that you have signed up to it, I would imagine they trick you into entering a subscription without making it clear.
They hide the unsubscribe button in the footer of the website so you likely won’t even know you’re subscribed or how to unsubscribe.
I would simply use a different website or ask your garage to recommend one.

This shitty company charged me 22£ when…

This shitty company charged me 22£ when in fact i tried to pay 50p for one raport only. They got no cancelation button for subscription, they charged me 50p for yhe raport than exactly after a big chunk of 14 pounds , why? cause they can thats why than i left it at that than the very next day the hey also cgarged me 8 pounds as part of my "subscription". Dont give your card details to them! They will charge you for no reason. I paid by apple pay and they still managed to get money out of my Lloids account.
Better go look on some other website.
