I want to warn everyone about Xsolla. I have never used their service, never registered with them, and have no clue who they are. Yet when I checked my card statement, I found their name listed 15 times with identical charges of ₱6,062.01 each, totaling ₱90,930.15 (around $1,600 USD).
This is not me at all. These charges are completely UNAUTHORIZED. I rarely use my card, and whenever I do, I normally receive email notifications. In this case, I received none. I only discovered the fraud when I saw my statement.
When I contacted Xsolla, they refused to disclose the identity of the fraudulent user and gave me a generic excuse about “bank security checks.” Clearly, no security checks happened — no legitimate person would charge a card 15 times for the same game purchase.
Instead of helping the rightful cardholder, Xsolla appears to be protecting scammers. Their refusal to provide documents or transaction details raises serious concerns about their practices.
This is a serious scam, not just bad customer service. I am reporting this case to the Philippine National Police and escalating it with my bank.

I purchased 'Escape from Tarkov', but I applied for a refund on the same day. They basically asked me to contact Battle.au customer service, but they stuck with the ticket and didn't process it. It has been dragging on for more than a week, and the game is difficult to drive. Even when adjusted to the lowest picture quality, it is only 36fps, making it impossible to play this game. The place where refunds are requested also does not allow games that add refunds, which is basically a tyrannical clause. I am truly saddened by this service, and I have also purchased many Steam games. Occasionally, I would refund a few games that did not meet my expectations. This is normal, only by actually playing the game can we know. But the delay in applying for a refund in the first place really lowers the expectations of this company, and many people will not like such a company.

They are not GDPR compliant. They're sending me email payment receipts intended for someone else and refuse to do anything to correct this. I've received loads of information about an actual customer of theirs. I'm not their customer. I'd never even heard of them before this. None of their suggestions have worked. The company selling the product won't talk to me because I'm not their customer. I just want the emails to stop. I don't want the other customer's personal information. They've been incredibly unhelpful and an accessibility nightmare. When I asked for clarification because I'm autistic and didn't understand something they refused to answer. Avoid if you care about privacy.
Edit after response: I've been in touch with multiple employees who all say I have to contact a company that has never emailed me in order to stop Xsolla from emailing me. Why?
Also I can't contact this other company online because I'm not a customer and they still haven't responded to the email I sent a while ago.

I didn't know what xsolla is and never heard, until I tried play games from Facebook and some how this scam technology took and saved my banking information on his website, without my confirmation I contacted them by email for remove and unsubscribe from website, they responded by nonsense email, I replied by simple request I want remove and unsubscribe my banking information, that's all I want , they never respond.
Xsolla is real cancer and sickness for anyone want deal with them.
I believe xsolla is scam and dongers and people should stay way

Really poor support experience - purchased an expansion on Escape from Tarkov did not get what I paid for requested a refund was basically told to contact battle launcher escape from Tarkov support who then advised to reach out to xsolla deal with the payments it's up to them to do the refund - basically been scammed out of 100 euro. Be wary of buying anything on this game or using xsolla very limited support and not helpful

I encountered errors several times when trying to pay for my purchase divided into installments on my credit card using your system. I ended up rushing, opening an account at PayPal to make my payment, believing that I would be able to install my payment, but due to a mistake and discussed my purchase I ended up passing the purchase as a direct amount on my invoice. On Christmas Day, causing me frustration and sadness. I opened a ticket with Paypal support and through Xsolla for a refund and I am waiting for my situation to be resolved by the Xsolla team.

Purchase was getting cancelled and no reason was provided until later mail support explained that this was due to price difference, chat support suggested trying different payment method meanwhile (also did not work)
