Cannot rate Secure I Am enough, I posted on a forum when I could not resolve a few issues on my Texecom alarm system, I couldnt arm it so was a useless doorstop as it had issues I just couldn't get to the bottom of. Secure I am offered to help, me a total stranger from a forum, no mention of money etc, just to help me out. Within 20 or so minutes the problems were all resolved and now we have a functioning alarm system once more.

Thank you so much, this guy (this company) know their stuff so if you have technical issues or need alarm installs etc I would not hesitate to recommend.

I just felt i had to write this review for the guy who owns this company. He has restored my faith in Humanity. There are very few people in the world who are still willing to help a stranger with a problem they have and expect nothing in return. I just want to tell as many people as possible about the sheer kindness that i found when he contacted me.

When i reached out for help on an Alarm Companies Forum, A technician from the company posted a reply. Although this answer was correct it did not fully resolve my issue. Then SecureIAM Got involved, his response was above and beyond what i had ever hoped for.

He sent me a private message offering to connect to my system and assist me in resolving the issue. I couldn't believe that this guy was willing to go the extra mile to help me, a total stranger.

We sorted out a connection and he called me on my mobile (at his cost). After about ten minutes of him interrogating my router and connecting direct with my Alarm System He sported the issue.

I was using the wrong IP. (This was my Alarm System's IP, when it should have been my WAN IP address). Numbers corrected, i couldn't thank him enough. I mean it wasn't as if he was going to get some business from me, i don't live in he's catchment area.

But for those people who do, let me just say. This man will go the extra mile to help sort your issues and to me that makes him worth patronising. They install alarms in Oldham, Tameside, Manchester and surrounding areas from as little as £299. But they also do CCTV systems too. They are flexible and will fit around your requirements.
