Thanks for your feedback on the extra zone feature. Great to hear you’re making the most of it!

On all C1727 and H3747 units, you can assign a spare zone to control any wired device, as long as it’s switching less than 3A resistive load. This opens up a lot of flexibility, with up to three ON / OFF periods per day, seven days a week, you can easily schedule and automate a wide range of devices beyond just heating and hot water.

Not a landlord no pin number!

I purchased a secure meters C1727 central heating controller.
After having hours of difficulty trying to set it up i emailed the company to request a installer pin number which I needed to set it up correctly, only to be told I could not have it as I was not a landlord!
Buyer be ware!

Hello,

We’d like to clarify that the landlord PIN is used solely for the social housing service interval function and isn’t required for any other features. The unit comes pre-configured and paired out-of-the-box, so it’s ready to use straight away. Any additional features can be accessed via the Advanced Settings menu, with the corresponding PIN provided in the user manual.
