Nice product i prefered to buy this product camera clarity nice

I purchased a SIM card for my mobile Wi-Fi router. I followed the instructions by scanning the QR code to put in the SIM in my Wi-Fi box. I purchased a one year subscription. The money was taken from my account, but I had no confirmation by email by phone or anything. The only proof that I have that I paid for the subscription was on my bank statement. I’ve used the router today for the first time on the market, and there is absolutely no Wi-Fi at all. Every time I go to my Wi-Fi and link to the TP link Wi-Fi box it just says no Internet connection available. So basically, it’s just not working. I’ve tried to email the company they don’t have WhatsApp but they’ve not responded to any of my emails so I’m basically stuck on the market with my Wi-Fi box £100 down and I still can’t connect to the Internet. I now have to go to my bank and explain the situation to them and to make sure that they don’t take any money from my account next year obviously having no email from them, I don’t know whether they’re going to try to take another £100 next year so I’m going to need to try and find a way to make sure they don’t which is really annoying. Do not deal with this company for anything not for your Wi-Fi SIM card not for your CCTV be warned, I basically feel like I’ve been scammed.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Secureye. We purchased 45 cameras, but I am unable to view all of them on my PC. Despite sending multiple emails and requesting technical support, I have not received any response from their support team.

As an IT Head managing surveillance systems from multiple brands, I have never faced such poor after-sales service. The lack of response and technical assistance is unacceptable.

I strongly hope the company improves its customer support and service quality, otherwise it will be difficult to recommend or continue using their products in the future.

Very bad service
No customer support

The overall experience was very disappointing. The resolution took an unnecessarily long time, and there’s no way to call them directly — you have to wait for them to contact you, which is quite inconvenient.

During the call, the manager was constantly shouting at the support person throughout the conversation. It was unprofessional, distracting, and made the whole experience even more unpleasant. Definitely not the kind of support you’d expect.

Pathetic, so low quality.... 2 din chalta, 10 din band rehta.. Worst than all other wifi network available.

"Seamless Security at its Best"
The biometric device I purchased exceeded my expectations. Setup was a breeze, and the accuracy of the fingerprint recognition is outstanding. It's lightning-fast and provides an added layer of security to my office. I highly recommend this device to anyone looking for reliable biometric security.

Pathetic service.
No response from customer service even after requesting via chat and called the agent more than 40 times in the past 5 months.

Asked to replace the hard disk which was given my the company. (No Response). Asked atleast send an agent to check the cameras (No Response).

Called to sales person to explain the issue which I am facing as no support from technical team. Sales agent Srinivas asked 1k to arrange a technical agent to visit. Still I said ok please come and check. He came and leftover without even checking properly.
Facing the same issue again after 2 days.

All 7 Cameras not working properly.
Hardly 7 months only.
It's been more than year by now😡
No replace and no response also from customer.
