Poor product and worse customer support
Purchased and mini vault O electronic safe Apr 2019 and used it approx 6 times a year. Two weeks ago the safe just about opened and sensing a new battery was required changed that. Closed safe and it failed to open. Contacted Securikey and Lynn supplied a factory mastercode which failed. Contacted Securikey again and spoke to a different agent who couldn't have been more dismissive and disinterested if she'd tried. Accused me of changing not only our pin code but also the mastercode???? With Securikey being no help whatsoever I have had to have the safe drilled open and the safe junked. You wont be surprised to know that my new safe is not a Securikey safe, and never will be again.
