Purchased the roundlock, which is cited as fitting 16mm chains but only has a 15mm throat, apparently the Pragmasis 16mm chain is only 15mm across the links.

Discussed over email with the post sales team and very quickly dealt with the return and upgrade to the chamfered socket within a week including both return and replacement. Very happy with the service given here, easy 5-star review.

Ordered a d lock and chain. Couldn't unlock the d lock so sent pictures, asked for a video call and offered to return the product. Only got one response to multiple emails indicating I might be inserting the key incorrectly. Eventually asked for a refund and got no response so filed a claim with my credit card company. Very disappointing

Excellent service from start to finish. I was in contact with Ben at Pragmasis, who supplied us with 28 Super Shed bike shackles. At the time, there were only 8 showing as in stock online, but Ben went above and beyond to arrange for the remaining quantity to be manufactured and delivered within the promised timeframe.

He kept us informed throughout the process and, importantly, delivered exactly when he said he would. The quality of the product is superb and clearly built to last.

Quite simply the best security products out there. There's a reason this business was in trouble a little while ago, it's just because their products are so damn good that you'll only ever have to purchase an item from them once. Fit it, forget it. Brilliant.

Excellent service from Pragmasis. I had ordered the 11mm 1.2m chain but the item was out of stock. David at Pragmasis emailed me to tell me so and offered to upgrade me to the 1.5m at no extra cost or to cut down the 1.5m chain to 1.2m. I chose the free upgrade. The chain arrived the next day. It was very well packaged and the chain and protective sleeve looks awesome. Many thanks David and Pragmasis for your help in this matter.

Great lock - sensible price and quick delivery

The decisive factor was quality, according to SoldSecure. It took some time for the items to arrive through customs in the Netherlands. First impression is very good. Meets expectations. If it works as well as the chain with padlock weighs, it will be fine.
