Extremely unprofessional support and…

Extremely unprofessional support and red flags everywhere.

I found out about this site in what was a spam campaign on one of Twitter's GitHub repos, which was already a red flag, but I thought I'd give it a shot because it looked useful.

After seeing a bunch of non-descriptive errors when trying to do anything, I contacted their support where I was told that I needed to get a paid plan or a free trial. The "Get started for free" button in the homepage seems misleading to me at this point, because they require a valid credit card and they're eventually going to charge you, but I digress.

I told the assistant that it would have been nice if they could improve their UX, but at that point they noticed I was using a burner email, and we had this chat:
Support: "Why are you using temporary email with a telegram bot"
Me: Because I don't trust sites that want to get attention by spamming themselves in twitter repos is-
sues that much
You can delete my account now, I don't want to use this service."
Support: "Lol
We like paid users anway
If you are broke
Go somewhere else"

I also want to bring your attention to their non-existing refund policy and their apparent lack of knowledge of what the "press" page on a website is. You can find both links in the website's footer.

UPDATE 10 Jan 2025: They tried to take this review down by flagging it to TrustPilot as defamatory. What an absolute joke. Luckily TrustPilot has already restored it.
