All good but no confirmation emails.....

Ordered some pin hex drivers on Friday at 1500ish. They arrived next day.
All as described.
Only 4 stars as I didn't recieve any sort of confirmation email or anything (not in spam either).

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I purchased a security cover case online. It arrived in terrible conditions. It was missing the set of keys and screws, therefore, making it useless. The Managing Director, Haley offered to resend the screws and set of keys. I declined because it would mean having to rebook the handyman at an additional cost.

The item was posted back to them and I was told they would refund the postage cost. On 11th August, Haley emailed me to say that she will not be processing a refund as the item had drill marks. I called her to clarify but her tone and mannerism on the phone was rude and aggressive.

I have now raised a charge-back with my credit card company. Haley also said she will be bringing this matter to small claims court. I will of cause defend and issue a counter claim.

In my opinion, I would not recommend this company. This has been the worst experience. Please stay well clear of this business. Very poor communication and lacking any customer service.

Hello Tristan, this review has just been brought to my attention. The despatch weights of this order suggested that the product was complete, however I my staff did offer to send you replacement screws and keys no problem at all. We accepted the return back at your request, in line with our returns policy and of course your statutory rights. However, the cover was returned with drill holes in two places, making it non returnable as it had been adapted and was no longer fit for resale. I offered to return it to you at our cost, along with extra screws and keys. You declined, swore at my staff and screamed down the phone making one of my staff cry. The call was escalated to myself and when I spoke to you I calmly asked you to refrain from swearing and shouting at me so I could help you, after a warning was ignored I politely ended the phone call. You told me you were taking the matter to the small claims court, which you initiated and never proceeded with after I submitted the evidence to the courts, your cover is still next to my desk, if you still require this I am happy to return it to you. I will always look after my customers as our long history of good reviews are testimony to, however I will not have my lovely staff reduced to tears and take abuse and threats. I'll take this one bad review for the team.
