I would give a lower review if I could…

I would give a lower review if I could for their customer service. I signed up for a three month supply of probiotics and only received a two month supply. I reported this right away via email (because there is no way that I can find to talk to a representative over the phone). I have sent four emails and no response. They have essentially ripped me off, had no problem taking my money but couldn’t take the time to respond to my emails. It’s too bad, the product is good but I’ll find another who treats their customers with respect.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The supplement gave me terrible abdominal pain and bloating. I was billed for a recurring subscription without any reminder and they refused to refund me. I think that any positive reviews on the internet have to be fake.

I'm a physician and I thought that this might be a good idea. What a mistake. Do not order from Seed.com! This is a huge scam and it is almost impossible to cancel. This is a subscription that they lock you into. My advice is to stay away!

Buyer beware! Horrible customer service!

Customer service never responds! They used a company called Uniexpress to deliver my order. The delivery person left the package literally on the ground, outside the main door of a very busy apartment complex. Obviously it was stolen. It's been 5 days since I emailed Seed customer service. I have yet to hear from them! No telephone number so you're just at their mercy if something goes wrong. Maybe they should spend a lot more money on hiring customer service reps to keep their current customers happy, rather than millions on marketing! Buyer be ware!

POOR, EGREGIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES

Product is mediocre compared with other high end probiotics, however their customer service and response time to questions is appalling. Waited 9 days for a simple response to an email sent to them on May 5th. Poor customer service and poor business acumen. Will likely cancel subscription given SEEDS failure to respond in a reasonable period of time-this translates to SEEDS' absence of respect for the consumer.

Due to additional difficulties with this company with NO PHONE NUMBER to contact them, additional comments follow: DISGUSTED with the profoundly POOR website, its suboptimal navigation and the resultant difficulties trying to get info on the processing of an order . The customer should NOT have to repeatedly try to find out whether the order was in fact received and what the status of the order is. The order processing data should be readily available to the paying customer . Your site fails to provide this . It seemingly is set up deliberately as a ruse to have the customer resubmit the same order several times due to the failure to provide the customer with the ability to view the invoice PRIOR to submitting the order , thus increasing your revenue in an egregious/deceptive manner. A total of 18 emails were sent to your "wonderful" company since May 14-unacceptable & unconscionable that a customer has to put through the ringer in an attempt to get answers to very simple, no brainer questions only to still not receive an appropriate response in a timely manner. Given SEEDs ongoing difficulty in the comprehension of simple queries and your subsequent repeated failures to respond specifically to those simple questions, it is time to do the right thing: CANCEL my subscription and use other responsible/accountable companies and their products that are as good as if not superior to SEED. Scam company

I ordered a malaria test kit from Seed’s website which said would be delivered in 24 hours. It is now two weeks later - no delivery - emails not answered. This is a scam company. Do not order anything from them.

Total deception and worst customer…

Total deception and worst customer service ever. They say you can try and get a refund if you don't like it, but they have zero customer service, no phone number, and never answer an email. You can definitely tell a product's value by whether the company stands by it or not. Total deception. Don't fall for it. It's a scam. And Dr. Mark Hyman is paid to push it - can't believe he would risk his reputation - though he pushes dozens of supplements so he's probably just in it for the money anyway.

I ordered one bottle from Seed.com to try their probiotics—and now I've been charged for three months with no way to get in touch with anyone. I’ve tried emailing, calling, and even messaging through their site—no response. No cancellation option. No customer service. Nothing.

This company is completely unethical, and it makes me question what’s actually in their probiotics if they’re running their business like this.
I will be notifying the BBB as well !

No phone number, they try to placate you with emoji and nice words over email or social media (yeah, they only respond after you berate them on social media). When I said I never received an email reminder before I was charged, this was their response:

"For further context: we are not currently sending reminder emails, as all refills follow a consistent schedule. We understand that preferences differ between members, and I've shared your experience with my team—this is welcome feedback as we continue to refine the Seed experience."

Well, maybe if you had this implemented your customers wouldn't have this problem?

I have ordered a single bottle of pills from seed and i somehow now have my third bottle on the way. I don't want these. They refuse to refund me. My doctor recommended these to me but I will be changing my doctor.

I hate I even have to get one star I've been asking this company for my money back They decided to send me another shipment and I'm about to send this bull S back I've had more smells going on with myself since I've been on them do it work NO!! Highly unprofessional customer service

Highly unprofessional customer service! Tons of bots and no feedback! My order wasnt delivered, no money refund and no answer to tons of ticket emails and reclamation.

Vaginal probiotics

I had two doses of reset vaginal tablets. Vaginal discharge is nonstop and the bottom is wet all the time and irritated from Constant wiping every minutes.

I tried to use it for dryness but it was not a good choice.
There is no customer phone number and I just be mailed to seed. I can’t continue this. It s too expensive to give up for refund. I am still waiting for the answer from seed for refund. I was taking oral probiotics for my GI for two month so far so good. But this vaginal one is not right one. I never had vaginal discharge for 5 yrs from menopause.
