I received my order but it was not the correct quantity on two items and another item was completely something else. Sent them an email with no reply. Sent another email and they said they would look into it. Had to send another email to find out what was happening and they said they would send out replacement seeds for the missing and incorrect items. Waited three weeks- no seeds. Contacted them again and they said they would send out. Still haven’t received any seeds. Contacted them again twice more with no reply. Don’t waste your money buying from this business.I placed my order start of March and now we are nearly in May and the problem hasn’t been rectified. Very frustrating.

After placing an order that was not delivered, and difficulty communicating with the business experienced, I received contact from Seeds and Beyond after leaving a negative review of my experience. Once their error was realised, the Seeds and Beyond team owned the mistake and took quick action to remedy the situation. Whilst I initially recommended that this business be avoided, given the quick response in correcting the error and making delivery, I will consider using the business again in the future. This the second time I have ordered from Seeds and Beyond and bought from them the second time due to the high quality of the seeds I received from my initial order.

My order was never delivered. They will no refund my money. And have stopped communicating.
Do not trust this company, do not order from them
