Billing Issues:

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. 1 Star is a bit generous for what my experience was.
Billing Issues:
Unauthorized Charges: I was charged for subscriptions or services that I didn't explicitly agree to or was unaware I had signed up for.
Hidden Subscriptions: I was led to believe they were making a one-time purchase, but I was subsequently enrolled in recurring subscriptions without clear notification.
Difficult Cancellation Process: I experienced difficulty canceling subscriptions. There is no clear option to cancel within the app. The cancellation process is unreliable. I had to write them an email because it is impossible to opt out or cancel.
Lack of Transparency: There is a lack of transparency regarding billing, with no purchase records within the app and a lack of receipts or confirmations for charges.
Customer Service Issues:
Unhelpful Support: I was completely dissatisfied with the responses I received. They were unhelpful or evasive.
Overall:
The Nebula app has very questionable billing practices and poor customer service. I felt misled and frustrated with the whole experience. Be very cautious when using the app, particularly concerning payment information and subscription services.

Size doesn't matter 😄

I done a bit of research before buying my projector. although sadly the Cosmos 4 se was outside my firefighter wage price range. I settled for the capsule laser 3. One word ....WOW !.the quality this little projector has is incredible so easy to use with great picture quality. Next bit of down time myself and the firefighters will have great night watching sports with a few beers . Excellent job in making this product!
Also can't wait to set up outside with the grandchildren

Despite Nebula’s public response on my…

Despite Nebula’s public response on my review claiming they want to resolve the issue, their internal support has told me not to contact them any further. They stated that the case has been closed and the final decision was made by their manager, Shane, under ticket number TNH784824715.

If this response was truly sincere, someone from your team should have reached out already with a resolution. Instead, you’re just doing damage control publicly while continuing to avoid responsibility behind the scenes.

If I don’t hear back with an actual resolution, I will be reporting this matter to Trading Standards and taking further action.

Game changer

Game changer! It’s portable and saves us a lot of space. The reframing option powered by AI is amazing and also saves loads of time. The battery life is not that extensive but that gets solved quickly with the nebula charging tripod. Image quality is great as well. Great purchase, zero regrets.

I would have never believed that such a…

I would have never believed that such a lack of professionalism and product support is still existing in 21st century.
I bought a Nebula Cosmos brand new for almost 600€. After exactly 4 years without any outer influence the projector suddenly showed a lot of white spots on the screen, so that it was no longer usable.
I contacted the „support“ and I was explained that this is a hardware issue and cannot be repaired (even not with charging).
In other words - this company is selling High Tech products wit a supershort life-circle and is refusing to take over any kind of responsibility. A complete no go in times of sustainability and customer satisfaction
My advice - don‘t buy from this company!

A.I. Run Customer Service is diabolical!

This company provides absolutely shambolic customer service which more than likely is entirely run by A.I.
In summary ordered a projector and received delivery confirmation from UPS but of course the projector was not delivered to us. Tracking showed only the city it was delivered to but no specified address along with a first initial and surname of the person who received the package nothing more. Nebula/Anker requested video surveillance footage of our door. Unfortunately we just have a traditional door without a digital doorbell so it's not something we can provide so I informed them of this. I got some kind of robot response telling me that without the requested information that they regret to inform me that they cannot assist me further. It gets better. I lodged the issue with UPS who told me the shipper should contact them as the shipper has access to more information. Instead of contacting UPS to assist us, Nebula/Anker just chose to continue to demand video surveillance footage. A few days later I got an email from UPS that they re-delivered the package to a collection facility. I informed Nebula/Anker of this positive development and their response was incredible...'Thank you for reaching out to us. We wanted to inform you that the return window for your order has already closed. We kindly suggest that you thoroughly search for your package once again. If you are able to locate it, we can make a one-time exception and help you process a return for a full refund. We understand that you may be concerned about the possibility of not being able to return the item and receive a refund. Rest assured, we are here to assist you and will process the return and refund if the package is sent back within the designated timeframe.'

If that isn't a robot then I don't know what is?! And if they call that useful, effective customer service then they don't know what it is. Whoever is responsible for this should be fired. And by the way, if you look at the responses to all customer service related issues here, Anker has the exact same reply, regardless of the context. The bots are at it again. Absolutely rubbish company.

Dont buy!

Dont buy!

After buying a beamer on seenebula.com, I realized I bought the wrong model. When contacting the customer service, I was able to cancel the order direclty, however the money (€799,99) was never refunded.
The payments are done via a company called Anker Innovations whose customer service has only communication via e-mail. They blame the problem on delays due to bank communication. After checking (multiple times) with my bank, no transfer has been done.
Please don't buy anything! It's a fraud.

Great product easy to use and transport…

Great product easy to use and transport around the house, picture is fantastic even in fairly light rooms lit with Christmas lights everywhere. Sound quality was really good better than what I was expecting, bought as a Xmas present for son now we want one!

Great portable projector

I had been watching reviews on YouTube and came across the Mars 3 air which seemed to tick all the boxes. Purchased when it was on offer. Great product, couldn’t be happier. Use it all the time outside. The only slight downside is that it needs to be quite dark outside to really appreciate this projector (doesn’t work well in daylight). Other than that I can’t fault it.
