Horrible, I was robbed, my dust blower never made it to my mailbox, even though I paid $32 for it, this company engages in fraudulent dynamics, deceiving the customers….

Received the product late. The charger never worked from the beginning. I contacted them through email and “Lola” their ai contact never replied with a replacement battery charger, even after many, many attempts. Definitely DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Horrible company with zero personal contact. Forget any so-called warranty.

- DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT
- Product does NOT work as advertised. Wife purchased in Nov 2025 as a Christmas gift. She ordered a second battery too.
- Blower does not run more than 3-4 seconds on battery #1. Therefore, blower does not get up to speed and will not move material on garage floor.
- Battery #2 runs for approy 15-seconds. However, it cannot be operated without a glove. Battery, handle, or switch shocks my hand. Unsafe to operate.
- Customer service is AI generated and “Lola” the AI customer representative is useless. I have successfully completed every request and still have not seen progress. No refund, exchanges, explanation, or human interaction; NOTHING!
- DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

No Customer Service Products not received . I ordered two units as well as two extra batteries! I never received my extra batteries ! Three months later I’ve been communicating via email ONLY, because there’s no phone number to be found on the internet! Some AI named Lola, wants me to return the two batteries to receive a refund!! How can I return something I never received!! This company also sells through Amazon!! I wouldn’t purchase under no circumstance, it’s a piece of junk and they have zero customer service. Also, what company has no means of contacting them. I believe this company is out of country. I will be reporting to my senator!!!

Got 2 as a Christmas present and both stopped working in minutes. We have reached out to return them the day after Christmas and we're getting an ai generated response. We finally reached a human and they removed records of payment and even said there was no history of us buying them, yet it clearly states their name on our bank records. This is the definition of a scamming company who lies to sell a product that is no good.

Scam company. They sent me a broken product and would not replace it. They say to send back to China but it was shipped to me close by. $120! To ship to China. The company is a rip off, and should be shut down and the owners and workers put in jail!

I received this piece of shit as a Christmas present and it didnt even come close to working the way website claims. Bought the extended warranty too. When you attempt to contact customer service you simply speak to lola the ai. They don't allow returns even though the website states try risk free for 30 days. They don't stand behind their product

I ordered the product with two batteries. Received one bat. and they claim the order was for only one. I have received many emails even one telling me I could talk to a real live person. HA HA . Nothing yet. I could have purchased a cheaper one with only one bat. Also, I did not receive a seesepro but another. They tell me they are the same....Who knows? One thing, I will never order a thing from them again.

It over heats in about ten minutes and the company isn't easy to deal with I would not recommend this product to anyone

We have a river rock water diversion that is under overhanging trees that drop leaves all year long. It's a constant nightmare to keep clean. This blower took care of the problem in minutes! Love it!

I bought the Seese blower two months ago and it worked fine the first time that I used it. It malfunctioned every time thereafter (shuts off after every 2 seconds of use). I reported it to customer service and they told me that it only was warranted for 30 days (which tells you all that you need to know right there) and that I missed it by 2 days. After exchanging numerous e-mails with customer service they refused to honor it. PLEASE AVOID THIS PIECE OF JUNK AT ALL COSTS !!

BUYER BEWARE! Garbage product!!! Worked for 15 minutes total, then failed to turn on again. Customer service is just a BOT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ Product and company are SCAMMERS. Wish I checked the comments before wasting my money.

I received my blower with the case broken, from packaging it in a plastic bag, not a box. That was the least of my problems, as I went to charge the battery & ... nothing. Did not charge, not sure if it is battery or charger, but it is useless. Website claims battery works with other brands... I have never seen a battery & charger designed like this, does not even resemble any other power tool battery (& I have several). Contacted company, no response. Contacted my credit card company, immediate response. Company contacted me 2 weeks later to tell me to document the broken case. Replied about charger & battery not working, still haven't heard back. Meanwhile, my CC refunded me my money. Rip-off, Do Not Buy!!!

SCAM COMPANY! Do NOT buy from them. Unit works about 1 minute after full charge. Company will not let me exchange or refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! $183 down the drain.l

Ordered one unit during a promo, which included free products. Unit itself is junk. Does not run 200mph as advertised and has a high pitched squeal. No free products were received. LOLA, their AI bot keeps responding with the same responses, saying they don't offer refunds on used products and they had a system glitch and therefore the free products are not offered. Both are lies. I gave them screenshots from their website showing the 30 day satisfaction guarantee and current "free" offering and keep getting the same response. SCAM!

Purchased as Christmas present for wife. Marketing advertised product as TRY FREE FOR 30 DAYS. - FREE RETURNS, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Wife didn't like it after a couple of uses due to poor battery life and overheating. Emailed asking for return instructions and was told Return Policy does not accept returns of used products.

HOW DO YOU TRY FREE FOR 30 DAYS WITHOUT USING IT????

Bought blower w/2 batteries charger and earplugs.received 1 battery and being told that's what I ordered when my order clearly says 2x21v batteries.it lasted about 5 minutes before shutting down from overheating and had to wait til next day to get it running again.company is nothing but b.s. saying website had a glitch stating 2 batteries but they sure charged me for 2.would not buy anything again from them.BEWARE!!!!

The Seese pro is garbage do not buy. I used it once it got hot and shut down. Now I power it up it stays on for 4 seconds and shuts down. I emailed customer service for a refund. They take days to respond if they respond at all. Keep in mind people in their videos where they’re promoting this product it’s not shutting down false advertisement. Here’s the email-Hi,

To use the blower properly:

Use it in short bursts (10-20 seconds) rather than holding the trigger continuously
Allow 5-10 minutes for cooling between uses if it shuts off
Ensure the battery is fully charged (6 hours charging time)
This doesn't indicate a defect or battery issue - it's the protection system working correctly.

Regarding your refund request: While I don't have full information about your specific order details, refunds depend on order status and delivery confirmation. If your order has been delivered, returns are only accepted for unused products in original condition, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

This is not how this product is advertised

This item is not even close to doing what is described...its junk !!! It works for a few minutes then the charger and battery gets dangerously hot,and takes forever to charge. The customersupport email doesn't exist...the person that texts you is a joke ...I would not recommend anyone buy this garbage

Purchased product online with 30 Day Free Refund. Language stated Not Satisfied? Return for any reason no questions asked. Product battery life was short and overheated. Request return info and Customer Service stated they don't accept returns of used product, not stated online. How can you be satisfied with a product if you can't test it out. Their advertising is deceitful and misrepresenting! Ripe for Class Action Suit!
