I asked for a quote which I received with a little prompting!
I asked for a quote which I received. Then our requirements changed and I asked for a new quote based on the changed requirements. Before I got the new quote I kept getting emails advising that the original quote was about to expire. I had to phone up and leave a message before I got the new quote. After the phone call, the process worked smoothly

it was simple - but not as simple as a straight booking.
Is just strange that it took roughly 48hrs to do the booking - it was great attention and service, pls dont get me wrong - but why did we need 48hrs when I was happy to book from start?
